A disappointing stay.

I have stayed in many better budget hotels, especially those of the MOXY and Radisson groups. This hotel had a general rundown feeling and shabby appearance. The staff were good and a reasonable breakfast was provided for 15 dollars. My room was similarly shabby, with a very tired bathroom that flooded with water each time I used the shower. The hand basin took ages to empty after use and the bathroom door was dirty and water damaged. The air conditioning was good. One lift was out of order during the whole of my week long stay. The corridors were noisy at night with a lot of door slamming. Particularly annoying were a group of very noisy Asians who'd been allocated several rooms near to mine. On one occasion around 11pm on the Sunday night, there seemed to be an argument going on so I had to bang on one of their doors to remind them that other guests were trying to sleep. I will not stay here again.

Mostly staffs front desk is friendly and helpful with smiles welcome made me as warness home as family member than customers.[ please keep on this action and train your staffs in every section for whole Ibis hotel]. It is convenient to connect both Public Transport room clean , it's location is convenient to walk connect to city center, the room is clean including inside room facilities as iron with iron plate, hair dryer, small welcome bottle of water, small very day milk boxaterhboth Buses and Trains.
