The Reception, Breakfast Restaurant & Housekeeping Teams could not have been more helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 for that. Breakfast is excellent value for the price! Meanwhile PLEASE put highlighted in the body of your confirmation email that the entry for people with a suitcase is 4 Premier Lane!!! Also...my room slept 3 people with only towels for 2, and has an open shower but only 1 bathmat to mop up the water for everyones shower so 2nd and 3rd person stand on wet muck A shelf in the bathroom & a shelf in the room would not be a luxury!

The hotel had several cleanliness issues. There was mold on the ceiling in the room, and the window—especially the glass—was extremely dirty. The curtains were also very dirty. The kettle was filthy and completely unusable, and the glasses and spoons in the room were not clean either. The bathroom floor was not properly cleaned and would get the entire bathroom wet when used. The staff were lovely and friendly, which was a positive point. Breakfast was only available for two hours and had very limited options. The boiled eggs were extremely bad—most guests were throwing them away because they couldn’t eat them. There were also cockroaches on the staircase leading to William Street. Additionally, there were very noisy guests—drunk, slamming doors in the middle of the night—and there was no way to contact reception to report it, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

- The bed was horribly uncomfortable we could not sleep the whole 5 days stay, - The Bathroom in our room had rusty floors and a bit disgusting, - Cleaners did a good job trying to tidy up our room but they can only do so much with breaking down facilities.
