I booked this hotel on Accor App more than a month ago and forgot this reservation. The hotel did not send any check-in reminder email. So I totally forgot and didn’t cancel this booking or check in. And lost all the costs

Appreciated being able to check in early and store my luggage after checkout however the room was absolutely disgusting, I struggle to believe it was even cleaned before I checked in??? I am not usually one to complain and regularly stay in hostels and yet I’ve never seen such a filthy room as this one. Grime and handprints everywhere, felt like the whole room needed to be pressure hosed down. Worst of all there was a dirty footprint on one of the pillows?!?! How does that even happen. Unacceptable and will avoid further stays at Ibis locations due to this.

The facility is a bit outdated. Cleaning alright. Its a budget hotel, it can't expect more.

Excellent value. Good location for a stay, yet a little difficult to find labe by car. Shower facilities could have been better, even for a Budget product. Overall, very happy.
