No-frills hotel close to transit, restaurants, food: punches above its weight

This hotel is within seven minutes walk to transit options, varied restaurants, and food stores. We enjoyed the bed and breakfast package, and morning breakfast boasted an on-property barista quickly making any of varied coffee drinks, hot teas. The buffet serves various hot and cold healthy food options like hard-boiled eggs, cereal, panini, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, bread, bagels, juices, muffins and oatmeal. The room was clean and comfortable—adequate and entirely in keeping with a budget price. On-site laundry is available and used to wash our clothes while we stayed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is committed to using less energy, and water as evidenced by graphs showing usage over past years, and is attuned to sustainability. Location seems to be very safe.

Stayed over night after attending the afl at the scg ,location was good for us being only a 20 minute walk to the scg

Small room but clean and have everything u need , beds are a little old and have aging dips in them . Flooring a bit hard . Would stay again

Three of us in room 101, worked well. Two improvements, one the sofa bed gives a poor nights sleep, two you should supply ear plugs as William's street traffic noise in that room is very loud all night.
