Ok experience,good location but rooms not in good shape.

We had a room at the back, de luxe courtyard, which was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is very convenient for transport, shops and restaurants. The centre of Munich and other parts of the city are easy to access by U-bahn. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Dusty room

Hotel staff were very helpful throughout my stay and were able to provide directions and recommendations as needed. But the room was very dusty on walls, doors, furniture, etc. There were also random stains on curtains and walls. The room didn't feel clean. Also didn't like there was no luggage rack or table big enough for luggage. And the blanket on the bed was so small. The bed itself was about a foot wider than the blanket. How does that make sense. I stayed in room 211 which is at the end of a long hallway. The hallway lights are motion activated so walking from elevator to room is fine but opening my room into a very dark hallway to leave was a bit disconcerting.
