Everything was good except that there was no remote control in the room. When I called the reception, unfortunately no one picked up.

I always thought pullman maintained a certain standard. Breakfast had little varieties. I booked a suite and it was a good 2-3 minutes walk from lift lobby. I missed out the details of the suite, such as no bathtub but who would have expected a suite without one. The bathroom came tight and small. Hotel provided a bottle of beer in the room but no water, they had filtered water dispenser at the reception but i would not expect the hotel to get their guest bring their own bottle to refill at the reception. The towels came dirty with stain and hair. An online registration for make up room was required by guest, which hotel does that. It could have been just a notice hanging outside the door instead of such troubles. why would guest pay for troubles? Other than the easy access to airport due to the close location of express bus, i wouldn’t stay here. My first ever bad experience in the accor range of hotel.

I wanted to stay with my family over Christmas but ended up cancelling my stay 2 nights in and changing hotels. We arrived to check in after 4pm and still had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. The pullout couch had not been prepared for the kids. The water pressure in the room was so low that you could barely wash your hands (this was not fixed even after reporting it). There was still trash in the bin from the previous guests. We could hear every cough, sneeze and sniffle from the guest next door through the connecting door as if it was open. Just. terrible experience which prompted us to cancel the remainder of our 7 night stay and switch hotels.
