I have stayed at the Munich Pullman several times in the past two years. More often than not (75% of the visits), despite clearly specifying the need for "Allergiker Bettwaesche" and some additional hangers for clothes, the room is not prepared. of the 4 stays, 3 times the room was not prepared, more importantly, after asking for "allergiker bettwaesche", 2 times the replacement bedding that was supplied, was not allergiker Bettwaesche, but still filled with feathers. On one occasion this triggered a severe Asthma attack and I required medical assistance. I will try and find a suitable alternative hotel now for my munich stays. This is a shame as I think the general location and room layout is Ok.

In general good experience with great location, but the hotel needs some renovation and refresh: No more body lotion in the room, utilities were close to be being broken (loosely fixed), wifi speed mediocre and the atmosphere in general somehow "worn-off"
