Room not well prepared (for the third time)

Despite notifying during the booking and also clarifying on the day of arrival, the room was not adequately prepared with feather free and wool free bedding. THis happened for the third time. Out of 4 stays, the room was not prepared 3 times. Furthermore, I already gave this feedback in a survey, seems like the only countermeasure is another survey?!

31 euro for a small selection of food, weekend the breakfats starts later and some people was not able to enter the room while Some guests were eating… totally not Accor standards

Location very convenient as very close to lh Airport Bus,got an Upgrade into a much bigger room which was nice,no conditioner any longer in the bathrooms,gym ok,sauna area amazing,sadly that only opens at 6pm during the week
