Rooms are really nice, Value for Money. But pathetic service, not Accor standards. I had asked for dental kits they told it’s over, I had asked for plates to be given to room. They told come to the reception and collect it. Seriously, the service was really poor!

Nice hotel, but the restaurant closed ?

Our restaurant and bar are opened between 5:30 PM and 12:00 AM. We do offer snacks around the clock at the Marketplace which is located next to the reception. During my recent stay, I had an unpleasant experience at check‑in that I want to bring to your attention. I arrived after a long international journey, and my mobile phone was completely discharged. This was my first time visiting Germany, and I did not have the appropriate power adapter. I requested an adapter from the front desk, explaining my situation. Instead of offering assistance, I was told that the only option was to purchase one. I mentioned that during my stay in Cologne, the hotel provided an adapter without any issue. However, the response I received was simply, “We don’t give adapters; buying is the only option.” For a first‑time traveler, it is unreasonable to expect prior knowledge of local power standards. More importantly, the interaction lacked basic customer empathy. A simple gesture — even a temporary loan of an adapter — would have made a significant difference to my experience. I hope the hotel can consider offering more supportive and guest‑friendly service in such situations in the future.

Lethargic check-out process: long waiting lines, check out takes forever: printed invoices, manually folded like in the 1980’s. No USB charging ports in the room.

Great room and very comfortable bed. Good shower and lots of space in the bathroom. Lovely, varied breakfast. Good location close to the airport but easy to get to the city centre on U6 in about 25 minutes.
