Really enjoyed the stay once again. Bar is the heart. Hope you could get the Snack Platter back on the menu. It would be even more attractive when customers see the cutting machine being used at the bar. This time I was also very pleased with the rapidness to respond my cleaning inquiry as the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. Apparently there has been some remarkable improvements made since my last visit and cleaning service was this time very good. The room itself was very pleasant as always. Thank you also for that.

Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast horrendously expensive - so massively over subscribed that there was no tables, unreasonable queues for coffee, empty buffet not being restocked etc. Either fix it or reduce the price, you can't have it both ways.

The hotel is nice and in a good location next to a train station. The station is six stops from Marienplatz. The only issue was that when we got to the room, there was no coffee, no creamer, and when we called the desk, nobody answered. I went to the front desk to let them know that there was no coffee or creamer in the room. OK, will have someone take some to your room. Nobody ever shows up with coffee pots. The room was not really clean, my wife found a toothpick flosse on the floor next to the side of the bed.

Good stay overall. Room was fine., a little bit long to walk being on one end of the building. Even for 6 nights I needed to ask for room cleaning via app which takes a few steps, one step scanning the QR code should be enough. No bathrobe & slippers in the room, making it a bit uncomfortable to go to the spa area.
