Lethargic check-out process: long waiting lines, check out takes forever: printed invoices, manually folded like in the 1980’s. No USB charging ports in the room.

Great room and very comfortable bed. Good shower and lots of space in the bathroom. Lovely, varied breakfast. Good location close to the airport but easy to get to the city centre on U6 in about 25 minutes.

Despite notifying during the booking and also clarifying on the day of arrival, the room was not adequately prepared with feather free and wool free bedding. THis happened for the third time. Out of 4 stays, the room was not prepared 3 times. Furthermore, I already gave this feedback in a survey, seems like the only countermeasure is another survey?!
