Good stay, I would recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues. Good quality & comfortable room, bed and shower room facilities. Friendly staff. The only reason that the rating is not a 10 is that upon my arrival at midday my room was ready, however I could only access the room early for a fee of EUR45. If my room is ready upon my arrival prior to the standard check in time, I have never been charged to access it by any other hotels (unless early check in has been pre-booked). A minor issue but as a regular traveller, this surprised me. All in all, I would stay here again and thank the team for a comfortable stay.

Great stay as a platinum ALL member. Nice big light filled room, great bed & facilities. Only let down was the feather pillows which are as thin as paper once you're on them & we asked for others but they claim to have nothing else available. The sauna & gym are fantastic. Breakfast was a wunderbar spread!
