Touring Germany and staying at many Accor hotels. The Pullman Munich had the most disappointments, the room was nice , but no ice , no restaurant ope for any of the 3 nights we stayed. Different excuses given every time we asked for service. We definitely did not feel very special and we used our suite upgrade vouchers, should have just booked a standard room. Location handy to U bahn and English garden. Definitely not as good a stay as in The last Mercure or Novotel stay we gad in Germany.

hsnayan Business - TripAdvisor review

The hotel is only clean at entrance. The corridors was very dirty. The most important is; the room. The blanket stinks. The curtains were all covered with bird poop. Besides all these, just because of the exhibition, price was pumped up to incredible levels in which after all the hotel worth only ten percent of it. Definitely not recommended.

This hotel is realy nice with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Service in the hotel was great - breakfast with solid choice of meals and we also visited the Theos restaurant and s well there evrything was above standart. Overall thank you to th hotel and keep it up!

It was a great stay there. Very near by the english garden which i went by walk (20min). Some restaurant around, friendly staff, nice bar/restaurant and great breakfast (we need to wear gloves which i felt it was a bit too much but it is the rules)

nice and quiet hotel, a bit far from city center, but with good travel connections. A metro station is just outside the hotel main door, as well as a stop of Lufthansa bus. recommended for its cleanliness, breakfast is worth its price.
