Our second stay at the Pullman Munich -- we came back for the larger-than-average rooms, the easy access to (just a couple of U-Bahn stations from Marienplatz) and the friendly service.

Location is ok and it’s v quiet. However there were no towels in the room on arrival and on our second night the towels were removed and not replaced. Asking for a bathmat resulted in utter bewilderment and the delivery of bathrobes🙄. We have stayed in Pullmans all over the world and Munich was a definite low.

Really enjoyed the stay once again. Bar is the heart. Hope you could get the Snack Platter back on the menu. It would be even more attractive when customers see the cutting machine being used at the bar. This time I was also very pleased with the rapidness to respond my cleaning inquiry as the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. Apparently there has been some remarkable improvements made since my last visit and cleaning service was this time very good. The room itself was very pleasant as always. Thank you also for that.

Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast horrendously expensive - so massively over subscribed that there was no tables, unreasonable queues for coffee, empty buffet not being restocked etc. Either fix it or reduce the price, you can't have it both ways.
