Chère Madame B., Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et sommes ravis de lire que vous avez trouvé notre établissement bien situé et agréable. Nous regrettons toutefois la confusion rencontrée lors de votre réservation. Les modifications de dates et de tarifs effectuées sur des plateformes de réservation tierces comme Booking peuvent malheureusement entraîner des écarts de prix indépendants de notre volonté. Nous avons fait notre possible pour vous accompagner en annulant la première réservation afin de trouver une solution, mais nous comprenons parfaitement que le tarif final ait dépassé le budget que vous aviez initialement prévu. Votre remarque est tout à fait légitime et nous en prenons bonne note. Pour éviter ce type de situation à l’avenir, nous recommandons de privilégier les réservations en direct, ce qui permet davantage de flexibilité et de transparence sur les tarifs. the room is okay, but the novotel/accor experience isn't

As a hotel it's okay. Rooms are clean enough, staff is friendly enough. The big plus is the grass court outside, and the pool, allowing the kids some activities after a day in the car. The distance from the Netherlands is ideal: a day's drive. But it's pricey for a family of 5. We've had lesser experiences in the restaurant. For two years in a row the receipt did not match the prices on the menu, and things were just messed up. Food is average; chicken is often dry and portions are quite small. We had to complain and spend time fixing this. Breakfast on the other hand is great. The last time we were promised a discount on the second room, but it was never given. Have been waiting for customer support for 2 1/2 months now, and after several phone calls... absolutely nothing. No news, no information, nothing.

Very convenient stop over. Comfortable clean rooms. Only negative was that the cooked breakfast items were only lukewarm or cold.
