I have reserved a room with the possibility to cancel. I have used the possibility for internet check-in and quick check-out with invoice per internet. Got a request for additional payment and have not seen invoice. Noticed already in previous visits inexperience staff and clumsy attendance.

Perfect stop on the way to the dordogne Lovely staff very comfortable room. We had a fantastic meal in the restaurant buffet style which had great variety and we were well looked after by the very attentive staff. Also a jazz band provided some lovely music as we ate. 5 stars for us! Breakfast was also lovely!

The atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were professional but welcoming. We were treated to live music while we were dining, which was a treat. Unfortunately breakfast was very busy with two coach loads eating just before us which meant there wasn’t much left. However the staff worked hard to replenish the food.
