From booking, dishonoring the Best Rate Guarantee and the room layout, I wouldn't stay with Sofitel again. On arrival I was given a king bed when I booked a twin. This was rectified and I was told we got an upgrade. Don't know what that was if I'm honest. The room was pretty basic and given it's a twin room, which would indicate 2 people wanting different beds, there was a shower with NO privacy. The shower was placed in the middle of the room so when one person was showering, the other person had to sit up by the door on the floor. Not everyone wants to shower in front of their friend. No doors on the bathroom meant if someone wanted to wash their hands after using the bathroom in the nighttime, the lights were on in the room and the room was noisy. Such a bad design.

Everything was very good. Except the manager for the breakfast was unprofessional and better kept in a pub then 5 star hotel
