The hotel is good location and safe area with plenty of options around, but the hotel needs some update and people more helpful for tourist people reaching Sao Paulo

You hear every bit of street noise happening outside. The light switches were all a touch pad that didn’t always turn on when you pressed it and the curtains would only open via speaking to Alexa. The rooms were poorly updated, there was no design aesthetic and lighting felt very sterile. The bathrooms had signs of mold. It was a depressing hotel to have to stay in and I’ll never come back.
