I have been there for business. Nothing special. Indeed I was expecting bigger room and bigger bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel in more than 6 different occasions. Never was it so bad as now. I booked with the ALL app and payed with ponts but I was astonished at the more than $400 (R$2000) daily rate at the counter. The bathroom towels felt like sand paper.

This hotel is ideal for business. Comfty, clean. The room have robe and slippers. The event room very modern. Catering is great, specially pastries. Restaurant has very good dishes and staff is friendly.

Twice at the same time I was allocated a floor under construction. Even though I explicitly requested that I didn't want to stay on a floor under construction. I heard from another guest that his room is filthy. The first room wasn't even working! The third allocated room was functional and clean but unfortunately there were loud noises throughout the night. The treatment given by night shift employees was regrettable. I've stayed at the Mercure hotel chain a few times and never had any problems, but this time it was surprisingly bad.

Dear Mr. João Luis Araujo da S., We hereby formalize our apology, regarding the operational failure of our team in changing the apartment as per your request due to our renovation and by mistake placing it on another floor also under renovation. The renovation of the corridors aims to improve future experiences, but we know that it causes disruption in some phases of the work. The responsible departments were instructed to take precautions to prevent this type of error, which is not part of our Accor way of serving, from occurring again. In order to minimize the inconvenience caused, we will credit 500 courtesy points to the ALL card so that you can redeem them in future accommodations or exchange them with program partners. We ask that you accept the invitation sent to your email. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope that this fact does not interfere with the image and trust previously placed in Mercure hotels. We hope to welcome you back to our unit soon.
