★★★☆☆ The hotel is very well located, which is definitely its biggest advantage. The staff was polite, and the overall experience was good. However, our room (1607) had a persistent smell coming from the restaurant. Throughout our stay, food odors would enter the room, and on Saturday the smell of raw onions was especially strong and quite unpleasant. It made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. I hope the hotel can address this issue, as the location and the property itself have a lot of potential.

The phone didn’t work, the TV remote control was broken, the shower enclosure was damaged, and the bed linens and pillows were far below the standard normally found at this hotel brand. The situation was very embarrassing and disappointing, especially considering the reputation and standards usually associated with this hotel chain.

When I booked the room it was written it was located in high floor and when I arrived they said that only the room in the 1st floor was available. No chance to change. The shower was not good, I asked to fix it and they did. There was no shower grab bar, nor handheld shower . Room service for cleaning was bad and I asked several times to have it done. Breakfast was reasonable, but food was cold. Parking car was paid. Location was good and staff was gentle.
