staffs are very nice, specially Mr. Flavio from reception, very nice staff. The restaurant is very nice and there is a wonderful lunch buffet. During saturday there is Feijoada, typical brazilian food.

I've always staid at Mercure's because of the quality of the services. Since last booking, I've noticed that the room service is terrible. After working over 18 hours I had the terrible experience of getting into my room and finding it a mess. Airbnb would be a better option if you want to clean your room and stuff.

I had a bad experience during my check out when I questioned about some irregular charges. I did it with respect but the receptionist showed as I was boring him. at the end of the process I talked to him as I felt about however he laughed at me and said it was my opinion, that's all.

Been staying here for 10 years, on my next trip I do not believe I will stay here again. AC never works, bathroom knobs are always popping out, needs TLC. Everyone is helpful which helps

Overall positive experience; I especially appreciate the speed and strength of the internet connection and I was very please to find a hot water heater-pot in the room, so that I could make my own tea and coffee. I travel with my own, high quality drip coffee, so I was OK with that, but I think that your other guests would appreciate if you would provide individual drip coffee packs, rather than instant coffee and I also think that any top quality hotel should provide one or two "complimentary" bottles of water.

The Mercure Ibirapuera Privilege is a great option for business trips. The restaurant is a highlight with an amazing menu and very good lunch buffet. Only remark was that the pool was closed for maintenance but it was informed during the booking process, something that should be done.

Excellent location in Moema, Sao Paulo - fast checkin by friendly and well trained people. Large room, good bed (double bed with 4 pillows) and bathroom (high water pressure shower). Water heater and instant coffee/tea for free. Small fridge available, good TV. Air conditioning working well, not noisy with the bathroom door closed. Little noise from outside, especially when airplanes flying near the building (airport route...). Breakfast was very good. Good swimming pool (heated water) and exercise room. There is a self service laundry (paid) and iron/table (free) on the basement. I really liked the people working at this place. Airlines use this hotel for their crew.

Close to shopping and dinning area, safe neighborhood. Quite noise since pets are allowed. They should have some floors for pets and some without.

For this reason, we cannot provide a specific floor for pets. Anyway, there are some rules and one of them concerns noise. Let's find out what the apartment was for us to provide a notification and then a fine. I was charged $5,50 per 3 ice cubs. (I was told it was a third party restaurant but the still attend to hotel clients. Maintaince was fixing something at 10 am, and when we called to complain about the noise (we arrived at 4 am from an international 20 hours flight and also give up the hotel breakfast to rest a little more), I was told that they were working on business hours and couldn’t do nothing about it. Room cleaning was poor. Luggage staff was great.

Very clean and comfortable room. The only thing I would change is the bathroom flooring. I dropped 3 things that were glass and they all shattered immediately. One being a $30 bottle of facial serum. Other than that everything was awesome.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was ok. I stayed on the 1st floor and the hallway smelled like cigarettes everyday, even though the hotel says that it is a smoke free hotel.
