Aunque la ubicación no es la mejor, el aparcamiento tanto dentro del hotel es fácil, y conociendo la zona, es posible ir a un par de centros comerciales en menos de 10 minutos, andando. El equipamiento del hotel, en la línea de todos los Ibi, correcto para su categoría.

I had a very good stay overall. Alexandra was outstanding – not only extremely helpful and efficient, but also cheerful and fun, which really made a difference. Jesús was also very professional and friendly, always willing to assist. I’d also like to thank Patricia and José Luis for their kindness. On the other hand, the breakfast experience could be improved. While María Rosa has a good attitude, her way of asking guests to leave the table to make room for others comes across as a bit harsh. It would be great to create a more relaxed and welcoming atmosphere during breakfast.

Our fifth stay at this hotel and always superb. Room clean and comfortable, friendly staff and good breakfast. Handy being near the shopping centre with restaurants and supermarket. And dog friendly!
