Clean nice hotel little bit outside town in quiet (on weekends) ind estate. Close to shopping centre. Friendly helpfull staff. Higly recommended!

this was my second time and as first time it was very good. room nice, good shower and breakfast with spanish speciliaties. also close to a big shopping center with many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Very good place for value to stay temporarily in visiting Madrid. CC TresAgua is within (10 min) walking distance, San Jose de Valderas is about 15 min walk to catch the local train to Cuatro Vientos then use the Madrid Metro otherwise by car, A5 is around the corner.

A clean and comfortable experience at this hotel, the location is best for anyone driving, not for public transport. The staff were polite, friendly and willing to help with any request. The heating was not needed though!

The Hotel was as per expectations, confortable, clean, friendly, nice bedroom with TV. WiFI worked perfecly. Breakfast was very good. We couldn't get parking place, it was full, had to park outside (there were a lot of places nearby).

stayed here due to business trip for 3 nights and enjoyed very much. standart ibis hotel, room was nice and breakfast also. they had even spanish specialities at breakfast which was very good. also close to a shopping center which has nice restaurants.

One night stop over on my way back from toulouse, I always stay at this hotel when in Madrid, it is easy to get from and to the airport and the staff are always great, the breakfast is more than enough and great value for money, all in all

A quite confortable and extremely well managed hotel quite close to Madrid . An extremely group of professional team of young people, well motivated, always ready to assist you and make your stay at the hotel so pleasant as they might arrange for you. Obviously, this is an hotel with good management, efficiency services and only 20 minutes by bus in front of the main entrance from central Madrid train station. Very much appreciated to stay with them.

Our first night was spoiled by the smell of cigarette smoke. The only way to reduce it was to turn off the air conditioning which meant we were too hot. Opening the window was not an option because of traffic noise. The following day our room was deep cleaned and the next two nights were fine. What aggrieves us is being charged £15 per night for our well behaved dog, who did not get on the furniture or bark. He slept quietly on his bed on the non-carpeted floor. How can £45 for extra cleaning be justified when the many people ignoring no smoking notices are presumably not charged??!! The provision of ash trays in rooms and the amount of smoke in the corridors indicates that Ibis just don't care. Smoking and dog charges have tainted our view of what in some other respects was a very good hotel. NB the bus that stops directly outside does not allow dogs. There is a 20-25 min walk to a train station.

Great hotel, friendly staff, good English speakers, room comfortable, bed clean and fresh sheets. Good size bar area and facilities, including food. Great location too. A frequent visitor here and will come again. Thank you !

From the staff to the food to the accommodation, it was all amazing. It's has great value for money and it's like a 5 star hotel without all the nonsense that comes with 5 star accommodation. The staff understand quite a bit of English to so for tourists I would recommend it and for business trips to.

Stayed here for the 3th time in a period of a few months. IBIS hotels are all more or less the the same. People working here are friendly and doing their best to serve a beer or a snack. The hotel offers its own free parking on the back side and around the hotel. Breakfast is sufficient.
