I had a very good stay overall. Alexandra was outstanding – not only extremely helpful and efficient, but also cheerful and fun, which really made a difference. Jesús was also very professional and friendly, always willing to assist. I’d also like to thank Patricia and José Luis for their kindness. On the other hand, the breakfast experience could be improved. While María Rosa has a good attitude, her way of asking guests to leave the table to make room for others comes across as a bit harsh. It would be great to create a more relaxed and welcoming atmosphere during breakfast.

This IBIS is located at the border of Alcorcon between the huge highway and the fields. See the pictures… in the first one Ibis is clear. As soon as you come out of the hotel the deafening noise blasts you… The nearest supermarket is 1,5 km away as it is the first residential area. Hotel needs maintenance: in my room wv seat cover was broken and you had to arrange it, hair dryer was missing but the stand, switch etc were there, tv remote control so old most buttons did not work. Most clients are groups. The price was the lowest of all ibises (9) in Madrid. You don't go there unless you have a particular reason…

Our fifth stay at this hotel and always superb. Room clean and comfortable, friendly staff and good breakfast. Handy being near the shopping centre with restaurants and supermarket. And dog friendly!
