Plus: Great staff!! Room/Hotel is quiet and great for resting. Modern look and overall great condition. Cons: The HVAC controller was broken, literally. The window was very hard to close due to a piece that was not properly attached. Room 141.

Grim. Rather nasty hotel. I have stayed a few times of the years but it is now really really lacking in ALL areas. The rooms are dated. The so called new beds are now over 10 years old and they sweat. The corridors are dark and dingy. And as for the restaurant. THEY CAN'T COOK. Had the worse swordfish steak EVER. And when I complained to reception, the rude girl working the bar/restaurant told me off for not telling her first. Saying she could have given me something else which would be hard considering I'm a pescatarian. The whole experience of this hotel is nothing more that 3/10. Bad parking. Bad restaurant, Bad rooms, Can't care less staff, tatty elevators. This is not an IBIS.. This is an F1. Grim

Small but comfortable and quiet rooms, pleasant public areas, a decent breakfast buffet, and friendly and helpful staff. Just what you want at this price point. Location wise, it's a roadside hotel on the outskirts of Madrid rather than a neighborhood hotel in Getafe

We had to change one of our rooms on arrival due to a bad smell in the room. Possibly smoke. This was done without any quibble. Quiet night was then had. Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and helpful staff. All in all an efficient and pleasant stay. Many thanks.

hot and poisoned bed room

Very long check-in procedure with laptop and photo camera which did not work. Very new interior in the bed room. All plastic and PVC elements with a strong chemical smell. Toilet seat and shower outlet broken. Noisy air conditonning unable to cool the room below 25 deg. No drinking water inside the room. Good breakfast. Very time consuming check-out requesting from us a company tax number which we don't have.

Approach from garage needs improving.The reception is good.Unfortunately corridors smelt of fresh paint but we were warned of that when booking.The rooms were very good and the beds comfortable
