Two receptionists let us standing in front of them for nearly 10 minutes without talking to us. They could have explained to us what they are doing. Instead of doing anything, they just kept chatting with each other without apologizing. Once we are in the room, the shampoo was completely out. We had to call the front desk to replace it.

Our car had broken down and we were stranded with our dogs. The staff from reception especially Iris, catering the lovely Vincent and the always smiling cleaners made us welcome and comfortable. Despite our predicament we had a very enjoyable stay here. We would definitely book again.

Hotel was good, bar and patio area great. Dogs allowed both inside and outside the bar area which was great. Staff were fabulous, very helpful and interested in their clients. The only problem we had was the noise of people knocking on doors in the early hours and also what sounded like the furniture in a room above us being moved about until aroubd 3 am which was annoying but apart from that we liked the hotel a lot. Would recommend.

Positives:- Friendly welcome from Maria. Clean room and bathroom. Food - delicious and nicely presented. Inside the hotel is very presentable. Negatives:- Mid-April and NO aircon. We spent a terribly restless night in a hot-stuffy room, even my hair stuck to my face. A fan was provided, however, it had little effect and was irritatingly noisy. I understand the concept of the aircon being set to either hot or cold but for mid April would have expected it to be on cold. The outside of the hotel lacks care and attention - a good sweep and rubbish clearance woud not go amiss.

Ibis hotels are always the same, you know what to expect, I like that. Normal thing at a fare price. The inconvinient with this Ibis is that the windows dont' close well and the cold air and noise from the highway gets into the room....... specially the cold from outside, awful...

I used to stay @Ibis Fuenlabrada because of its location and the service was one of the best attributes of this hotel. However, during my last stay, service level was not as expected. Room cleaning was not done 3 days over the 6 I stayed despite me insisting on it @Reception! Not acceptable I have also claimed that minibar fridge is not working and not cooling. It was changed last day after hard insisting but it was too late and useless. Despite people being cool, service level for VIP members should improve seriously
