We stay at this hotel twice a year and have done for about 4 years and will probably do so for the next x n/o of years. Every year I complain there is no BBC world news. You have a channel catering for all except British news, I do not want to watch American news channels, this year I ended up watching Russia Today news in English????? Is it impossible to get BBC news ????surely joy BBC World. You have this channel at many other of your hotels we have stayed in. A reply would be useful as I never do get one ????

No regreys to the hotel and service: at usual professioanl standard. Localisation of the hotel is poor

Confortable, not noisy, with design and the people was extremely friendly. The breakfast was better than in other hotels of your chain (only lil cons: cant understand why sparkling water was from other country and not local, spanish omelette was not cooked but manufactured industrially and thus not very good)

Was a good experience although was a little disappointing seeing that when arriving to the breakfast room at 10:25 we were told to pick everything that we want to for breakfast since in five minutes they will remove everything and in fact they were quite sharp and five minutes later the staff removed everything (food and drinks) for the counter in a rush. The staff was friendly to clean the tables to allow us to have breakfast but the residues on the table were thought to the floor and not cleaned after, imagine how many were done before us and the trash on the floor.

I guess I can't say much more than what is in the title. But I can add that the service was good and the hotel was very clean. The location is very good for Warnes Bros Park but also interesting if you don't want to stay in plain centre of Madrid. Great!

Stayed here with my son for the eve and night of the Champions league final. We were welcomed and well looked after the room was comfortable and very clean. Nice continental breakfast with good choices.
