Staff told us that we did not have breakfast included checked my booking and it was included spoke to them and they confirmed this was correct seems weird that they said no and confirmed when i challenged

It was a fair stay for the price paid, I really can’t complain. The room was clean, the environment was calm, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, and the shower pressure was excellent, definitely one of the highlights of my stay!

Everything started with the booking where I could not get the invoice even though I paid. Had to wait the end of the stay to get it. Continued with the unbearable smell of the cigarettes from outside and in the corridors. Continued with the room card too sensitive to the demagnetization, almost every 2 days had to go back to the front desk to work again (and by experience it doesn't happen to me) Continued with door handle that fell on the floor, and I couldn't get out of the room, and the guy who came to fix didn't even know in which direction to fasten a screw (counterclockwise vs. clockwise). But but ... not everything is negative. The staff is nice and helping. Don't speak much english but enough to understand each other
