When we arrived, the receptionist seemed a little flustered. She didn't speak much English and I only speak basic Spanish, so there was a bit of a language barrier, especially while checking our passports as non-EU visitors. Fortunately, the manager stepped in to give her a bit of help and everything went very smoothly from there. We were even able to check in around an hour early and all three of our rooms were on the same floor near each other, which was a really thoughtful touch. My only real criticism of the room is that there wasn't a bin in the main room itself, only a small one in the bathroom. Although housekeeping is available daily having a small bin in the main room would have been much more convenient. Most of the staff we met throughout our stay were friendly, welcoming and professional. The receptionist who had initially seemed a little stressed was much more relaxed later in our stay and was lovely when we ordered drinks from reception. The only staff member who stood out negatively was the male night receptionist on Friday and Saturday, who came across as quite dismissive. He wasn't outright rude, but it did make approaching reception feel a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, this was the exception rather than the rule. The terrace is quite small and this didn’t impact us too much but when it is busy I could see it being an issue

I stayed at this hotel for two nights after my motorcycle broke down. They were fully booked for the second night but somehow managed to fit me in. The customer service was brilliant. The manager and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was spotless and in a convenient location. I would recommend it 100%.
