Your policy of switch off air conditioner on so called “winter” months is not comfortable for travellers visiting from cold countries.

You should not expect surprises. This is a budget hotel, which is ok. What I don't understand is that everything seems to be aimed at reminding you constantly that this "budget consciousness". We arrived at check-in counter. Three persons, two computers, but only one person doing actual check-in. After 5 minutes, other of the three called us for checking-in in the second computer. The room is basic, but in general ok. Nevertheless, the shelves by the bed are so ridiculously small that there is no way to even fit there a small laptop properly. Then, we apparently were not lucky enough with the room orientation, because it was extremely noise (facing major freeway). And then, frankly, given the location which is almost surely only reachable by car (and taxi/uber), charging for the parking spot seems unnecessary in my opinion. I would say that it is understood that vast majority, if not everyone, will reach the hotel by car, and there is no way to park outside, so, for 5 Euros, they could include it in the price. Nothing that is too annoying, really. It is simply that they seem to remind you from the start that everything there seems to be low cost. Would I repeat? probably yes, but this doesn't mean that I acknowledge that there is a general feeling of "this is a cheap hotel, so this is what you get for so little money".
