same breakfast every single morning day after day .Not any tomatoes or cucumbers ... Mosquitoes in the room they eat us . Εmpty Bath and Body Soap ... is very expensive for this hotel what you get and for what you pay ... Low staff at the restaurant ...

Expensive, dated and poor breakfast choice.

Hotel was ridiculously expensive for what it is. Rack rate of €330 for a small twin room that doesn’t even have somewhere to sit or a decent TV, no room amenities like water or a fridge. Decor in hotel looks tacky. Silly stuck on prints of trees as if people believe that’s green somehow when all you’ve done is waste paper sticking this to the doors and walls. Lobby area has an old feel, lift is leaking from somewhere with holes in the walls and dirty. Lift Buttons dont work properly. Breakfast has no egg choice just scrambled eggs from bottled eggs, no cereal choice, just cornflakes. Bread selection wasn’t great.

My reservation was on Friday 22March. i sent email to advise i would be having late checkinon that day. there was accident which cause the train delayed https://actu.fr/ile-de-france/drancy_93029/sncf-accident-grave-de-voyageur-sur-le-rer-b-le-trafic-en-partie-interrompu_60….html and it was rainning. when i arrived to the hotel with tired body and wet luggages, the staff was serving the other customer at the bar and igroned my arrival. I waited for him to finish the business and check me in, instead of greeting me nicely, he came to me with bad attitude. seems he was the actually customer and i distrubed his time having good beer with his mate. i got the key card and went to my room. the corridor was having a old, rotten smell. luckily the smell stayed at the corridor only. then i arrived to the room and was going to have something warm to drink. and found out they didnt even provide a small cattle for the customer. what a special "Styles" ibis. i didnt have much expectiation since this is just a ibis, but wasnt think would be this bad.

When trying to order a bottle sparkling water at 22:15, the waitress of restaurant replied that the restaurant is not a bar and the lady of the bar replied that the bar is closed. Fortunately, the waiter of restaurant understood the value of customer service.
