The staff is really friendly and make you feel like you were at home. The hotel is very calm, clean, and safe (rooms door are activated with a code). Food is delivered at your room door. The rooms are tiny but it's "Formule 1". Some rooms come with shared bathrooms so pay attention to the room you reserve. The bus # 43 stops at 346 rue de la Belle Etoile which is 2-minute walk from the entrance of the hotel. Bus # 43 goes to: 1) the bus station at Terminal 1 at Charles de Gaulle Airport (from there you can reach the other terminals). 2) Aeroville (a big mall with restaurants, movie theater, spa, supermarket Auchan and many shops). 3) Parc des Expositions to catch the metro B (RER) to go directly to Gare du Nord or Chatelet les Halles. There is also a paid shuttle (4 euros) to the airport living directly from the hotel courtyard. I had a good stay and will come back again!

Room was clean and fine. Staff helpful. Other occupants were noisy til 2am so I needed to buy ear plugs. Doors too thin. Well located for the parc de exposition. Free breakfast was limited.

My plane was delayed one day which required an extra night at HotelF1 with private bath. The original reservation was 43 euros for one night paid in advance. The next day, when I reserved the extra night, I was charged 91 euros and was told by the front desk that it would be more expensive on Booking.com. I took their word for it and paid the expensive bill. Later that same day, I saw that Booking.com wanted only 59 euros for the same room with private bath. I asked the front desk to refund 32 euros. The receptionist said that he could not, but gave me a formal complaint form to fill-out and submit. After 2 weeks, I have not received any response whatsoever to my complaint. I have a very low opinion of HotelF1 for taking advantage of a fatigued senior whose airline was delayed. Mon avion a eu un retard d'un jour, ce qui a nécessité une nuit supplémentaire à l'HotelF1 avec salle de bain privée. La réservation initiale était de 43 euros pour une nuit payée à l'avance. Le lendemain, lorsque j'ai réservé la nuit supplémentaire, on m'a facturé 91 euros et la réception m'a dit que ce serait plus cher sur Booking.com. Je les ai crus sur parole et j'ai payé la facture élevée. Plus tard dans la journée, j'ai vu que Booking.com ne voulait que 59 euros pour la même chambre avec salle de bain privée. J'ai demandé à la réception de rembourser 32 euros. Le réceptionniste a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas, mais m'a donné un formulaire de plainte officiel à remplir et à soumettre. Après 2 semaines, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse à ma réclamation. J'ai une très mauvaise opinion d'HotelF1 pour avoir profité d'un senior fatigué dont la compagnie aérienne a été retardée.

From the moment the door opened until I closed the door on my departure all was really great.The receptionist was very kind, informative and helpfull There was a gentleman, manager? large with beard who was around, he too was very kind and helpfull.The room I had was exactly what I had booked, for one , so the shared toilet and shower were perfect, clean and well thought out, in the sense that there was a small area where one could leave the towel and clothes, which did not get wet. I did not have the breakfast which was served, but it certainly looked plentiful and good. The shuttle bus was an extra but well worth the 4Euros.
