I really like my experience in this hotel except for one thing.There were smokers not far from me and I could smell the nocive smoke.I thougth that no smoking was everywhere in the hotel.This is one thing that can prevent me to come back unfortunately if it is allowed in the hotel.Thank you for the warm welcoming fron the people at the reception desk.You are amazing ti keep smiling while there ia a huge line- up of people.

The hotel was dirty, the shuttle bus was almost impossible to find, the driver was rude, when I got to check in the only person in the reception was on a phone call for half an hour! We were a line of 6 or 7 people waiting to check in, there was no one else to assist and she clearly had no urgency whatsoever. The room was so cold I had to sleep with 2 sweaters and cover my whole head under the blankets, the heater did little to no work at all. I wasn’t able to sleep due to how extremely cold I was. In the morning the shuttle was late! Overall horrible experience.

We were looking for a cheap room and it was decent. The room was cold when we arrived, some heat would have been nice
