Absolutely bad service

We are very sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that the room category you booked is clearly described on all booking platforms as having shared bathroom and toilet facilities outside the room. I sent a formal request on May 8 to cancel an unauthorized payment, but I have received no response whatsoever from the hotel. Hello service, I booked one room in your hotel and checked in just now, reservation number: ********. There were two un-authorized charges by your hotel today. (before my check-in) If they are pre-authorizations and will be cancelled later, that's OK (still it's strange why you made two charges?). If they are final payments, those charges are not authorized by me, and please cancel them. In addition, I request to make a payment with another card at the reception.

Please note that the charges made before your check-in were pre-authorizations only, used to verify the card details and guarantee the reservation. They are not final payments and will be automatically released according to your bank’s processing times. I flew into Paris for an overnight layover. Hotel f1 Roissy was very convenient, clise to the airport with a shuttle service. The room is a bit on the small side, but it had exactly what I needed, a shower and a comfy bed.

Heater was too small to maintain reasonable temperature. Bathroom window not airtight, very draughty.

Very comfortable and convenient for airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Only negative was that some of the guests were a bit noisy.
