Staffing was too young to really know anything.Location of the hotel was like a war zone with trash and street people everywhere. The room was very marginal having a sliding window from the bed to the toilet. Put doors and walls up for a bathroom. I don’t need to see and hear my wife take a dump.

Rooms were modern and overall pleasant but the shower design is horrible with excessive water splash out of the basin. Designer should be held accountable for the high maintenance needed each day.
Not sure why but getting a single King Size bed is so difficult but pushing two mattresses together is less than ideal

We were treated so well from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Our room was incredible and spotless. When asking for restaurant advice we were given amazing suggestions and not the generic the restaurant in the hotel is very good answer most hotels give. It was only 10 mins walk to Oktoberfest which was so convenient. The front desk assisted with a late check out and the spa was fabulous. Well done 👏

When we checked in on the first day we noticed there was popcorn on the floor behind the door of the bathroom. I made a joke to my husband and told him I was going to leave it there to see how long it took for the cleaning service to clean it. Well, the first couple days it was funny, but then it wasnt funny anymore. We stayed here 6 nights and they never cleaned the bathrooms, vaccumed, or dusted anything. By the end of the week there was a thick dust throughout all the surface areas. Not a 5 star experience at all. The carpets and couches were also run down and old. There was bird poop on the windows. Overall not happy with the cleanliness. The location was convenient to trains and transportation, although the sirens at night from the hospital were relentless. I have no idea how this hotel secured the high rating it has.

Easy to find after getting off the train, very close to the central station for getting to and from the airport. A quick and easy walk to the central square and all the spots. Comfortable room, with plenty of space and the bed was like a cloud!

Room was clean and comfortable, and location was very good, next to train station. Room waitresses were kind and helpful. On the other hand, there were some issues at breakfast time: food was average, with fruit not ripe, and lack of options (for a 5* hotel). Waitresses were nice and helpful too. But the maitre was rude and did not have any manners when taking with costumers. Basically, we felt insulted by him. We were a group in a business trip and had booked around 30 rooms, and this opinion was shared by some of us, so it was not the result of only one situation. I think I’m being generous with my 6/10 valuation, because if I only had this situation on account it would be a 0/10. Besides, and this was not my case, some people in my group complained about hotel staff entering their rooms early in the morning when they were still in bed. This happened the day of our checkout, and considering the hotel has from 12 to 15to get the room ready for new costumers, I thing it’s an absolute unnecessary situation.
