The hotel is clean and the team is friendly but it did not meet my expectations. The first thing one sees as you approach the hotel are two dead plants on each side of the entrance. We are currently battling Covid-19 but disinfectant stations at the lifts were empty. There soap dispenser at the sink in my room was likewise. I had to get soap from the shower dispenser every time I wanted to wash my hands. Getting hot milk for breakfast was not so easy.

Acceptable stay for one night. Lobby bar/restaurant was quite nice, good food, great service. Breakfast was OK, selection felt limited though. Guest room is in need of renovation. I first stayed at this hotel nearly 12 years ago, and have many times since then. The carpet in the rooms was replaced, but none of the furniture. It all shows at least 12 years of usage. Every surface shows scratches and chipped wood.

I arrived at the hotel at 3pm and was told that there was no way for me to order food at all - not even through room service. Food would not begin again until 6pm, however in your elevator and in the relax menu in the room you advertise food from 10am right until 1am. For a business hotel this is very bad service. Also no mini bar in the room, not even a bottle of water

It was a recommended by our office colleagues to stay in this hotel. I was happy with all my previous stay but this time I was very disappointed, following is the reason. 1. I had to prepare for my workshop and the internet was too slow. Opening the google page was taking about 2 to 3 mins and sometimes no internet connection 2. I called reception concerning to this problem, they said it is working fine for them I can come down and test the internet speed to confirm. I responded it may be working fine at the reception but we have a problem in our room. They replied my be too many guest in the hotel today and causing the internet slow and no technician available in the night. 3. Next day evening the internet was still slow.

What I'm not happy about is that you could not do your job because of the internet problem. We have more problems with it in the last day and the external provider is already informed. The friendlyness of the staff at check in was ok. They were not unfriendly per se; But also I had to ask them myself about Beakfeast (ist in included, when is it, where is it) and also Wifi credentials were not given to me without asking. Usually, all the relevant info is given to the guest without asking. The room itself was clean. The interior was ok but I didn't leave a to comfortable feeling with its greyish colored walls. Overall the stay was OK while the breakfast was a highlight.

via phone I discussed my earlier arrival time. the receptionist on the phone was extremly polite and organized that I can check in earlier (12:30) when i arrived at the hotel there was another person at the front desk. she told that there are no free rooms and it is not ok to check in earlier. i told i prediscussed with their colleague. suddenly there were rooms available. rooms are wear down

Hospitality was awesome , will look forward to Accor again if they can facilitate good and change my card status from Silver to Gold .

My actual stay was from 10th to 24th after two days i come to know need to change Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn Helfmann Park-1 to other Mercure hotel on 18th due to 4 days holidays . So this part make me inconvenience why i haven't received this information before booking or why Mercure accept the booking until 24th . Change my Card (3…35A) status from Silver to Gold and add additional Bonus point to make me satisfied . Thank you

Please be assured that this behavior does not reflect the service and quality standards, which we address to our house.
