Horrible value. Rooms in desperate need of renovation. My customer was so shocked he moved to another hotel. Being his car/host/guide I had to move hotels as well. Staff tried to blame us “if you had told us sooner we could have given you a better room”. This was not our fault.

Our hotel was built in the early 2000s and the rooms have already undergone some soft renovations such as new carpets, new chairs, etc. You are quite right that the condition of the furniture is not good and we would like to offer you our sincerest apologies. I am really very sorry that you were given this room of all things, which is really particularly unpleasant. My laundry was not taken care

I've been to this hotel several times due to convenience to my work place. but this time is not good. I asked for laundry at front desk the first evening as I arrived which I expect to have returned the 2nd day. But at the 2nd day evening when I approached front desk, they found out the laundry was not done and my shirts are not cleaned. As I got to leave 3rd day morning, I have no choice but not to have the laundry

On my reservation receipt I was informed I was going to get a welcome drink and I did not. Then I requested my welcome drink and I was informed that I did not have one. That there were bottles of water in the room. I went to the room and there were not bottles of water. Therefore I had to drink or the tap.
