The staff were friendly and helpful. However, it would have made things much easier if I had received the invoice immediately upon payment, as requested. I would appreciate it if this could be made possible in the future, as it would help avoid misunderstandings and save both your staff and me the time that was later required to resolve the issue. Apart from that, I was not entirely satisfied with the room that I booked as a "Deluxe Room with Queen-Size Bed". The room smelled as though it had previously been used by smokers, and it contained two single beds instead of the queen-size bed that had been advertised and booked. In addition, the elevators were out of service. Since the only alternative was to use the staff elevator at the back of the hotel, changing rooms was not an attractive option despite the issues mentioned above.

Room was ok, the remaining elevator was out of service from the second day - not good, receptionist told me I can't get a recipe for my stay -> not good. But the breakfast and the breakfast personnel was very kind and the breakfast tasty

The room was clean and well outfitted. But I'd much prefer light shutters, not only curtains, to make the room dark. Also I would have liked to have a safe in the room. In the hallway it smelled of urine.

This hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, easy access by a car. The train station is within walking distance, so getting to the Frankfurt city centre is convenient. The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained. The bartender, Mr. Bilal, is very helpful and professional, providing top service. I had a nice chat with him. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a stay.
