Lovely view from my room on Frankfurt skyline and comfortable beds. The breakfast was okay. The hotel is surrounded by motorways. The noise pollution inside my room was immense. I woke up every 2 hours. Not quite sure if my window was broken or if the windows are not sufficient enough. Bathroom had seen better days and everything seemed to be not well maintained or cleaned. If not for my company having a contract, I would not visit this hotel.

Bad room quality (old in bad condition), Bar not open even known Waters was in house with up to 20 People. Pro-active plan needed.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it\'s apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. It\'s nice to have the company Waters in the house again, but unfortunately the booking for the restaurant / hotel bar was only optional. And as it is unfortunately current, the flu wave is also going around in our house. Unfortunately, we had no employees available that evening, because we have to give our employees 2 free days, as in any other business. We therefore ask for your understanding. This hotel is in a great location. Not far from the highway to Frankfurt and close to a business park with DM, Aldi, Lidl and other shops. You can go for jogging around the hotel or for a nice Thai dinner in a walking distance. The staff is nice and attentive in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but not too rich. The rooms are small but well equipped. The bathroom is nice as well. Free Wifi at a good speed is available and several programs on TV. The bar/restaurant looks also nice. The offer a wide range of dishes. It is not a 5 star hotel, but for this low price it is worth to stay here. What I missed was a fridge or minibar and a fitness room or swimming pool in the hotel. Parking spaces are available in a garage direkt next to the hotel and in front of the hotel.
