The staff behavior was good and supportive. The stay was good. Just wished that the breakfast had more variety from day to day. Encountered same breakfast options for the 2 days I stayed at the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and far below the expected standard of Mercure and the Accor group. Housekeeping starts very early (around 9:00) and repeatedly knocks on the door without considering whether guests are still resting. On one occasion, staff entered my room while I was still sleeping, which is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. On the day of departure, although check-out was at 11:00, housekeeping began knocking again shortly after 9:00 and attempted to rush me to leave so they could clean the room. This created unnecessary pressure and showed a lack of respect for guests. In addition, although dinner was arranged at a nearby Mercure hotel, the closure of the restaurant at this property was never communicated in advance, which negatively impacted the overall experience. Most concerning, after check-out, an additional charge of €80 was made to my credit card without any explanation. This amount has not been refunded, and I have not received any clarification from the hotel. Overall, this experience reflects poor service management and lack of transparency. I would expect a clear explanation regarding the €80 charge and a prompt refund if it is incorrect. Given the issues during my stay, I would also appreciate a gesture of goodwill as compensation. I look forward to a prompt and proper resolution.

Expensive Parking. A long, dark hair in the bathroom by the sink (mine are 12 mm long), black marks in the shower (?), long hallways. No power outlets by the bed (for charging a phone overnight). Otherwise, enough space for one person, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi okay, armchair, coffee table, and desk with chair are good.

For 150 euros the room was so badly maintained, there were dirt stains in many places, not basic ammenities like kettle, water.
