However, we regret to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the power outlet in room 529 and the water leakage from the shower cabins in rooms 529 and 608. Furthermore, we understand that stable and reliable WiFi is crucial for our business guests, and we are sorry to hear that you experienced inconsistencies with our internet service.
