Without prejudice Apart from the fact that the staff was extremely polite, our overall experience at your hotel was the worst we could possibly have had. We had reserved two rooms, which my colleague, Mr. Chrysovalantis Kasionis, had undertaken to pay for. Before our departure, I transferred to him the amount of €829. To our surprise, when we arrived we discovered that, for some incomprehensible reason, your hotel had already blocked €829 from my colleague’s account. As a result, there was not sufficient available balance to pay for both rooms. I was therefore forced to pay €829 myself. The result of this situation was that neither of us had any available balance to spend during our three-day stay in Frankfurt. This practice of blocking such amounts is unacceptable, abusive, and amounts to theft. We will revert with a further letter describing the events in detail.

I wont be returning to this hotel It was €867 for 3 nights in a hotel that wasnt cleaned unless you asked and had to ask for the towels to be changed. Breakfast is terrible relly really bad Where did you purchase the bacon you wouldnt give to a cat???? It was a disgrace, Shredded bacon the likes of I have never seen Scrambled eggs that were caked together Sausages that looked raw and inferior quality again a supermarket would have better The only good thing was the fruit bowl and the boiled eggs that were cold Croissants that were minute in size The guy with the short blond hair at reception is very nice and was there also last year as is the guy taken the room numbers for breakfast but the guy with the ponytail has some attitude I paid half the price last year and you are obviously over charging now because you have realised that Christmas world is on in the Messe But if you are to charge that sort of money upgrade the service in the rooms and the food The curtain in room 318 is even ripped In all fairness thats terrible
