Hello, Overall, our stay was only moderately satisfactory. Unfortunately, nobody informed me in advance that the air conditioning in the building was not working, which I feel was unfair. I only found out in the morning when I reported the issue, and the receptionist then told me that you were already aware of the problem. The room was very hot during the night, and when we opened the window it was too noisy outside. As a result, we only managed to sleep for around four hours. I was also surprised that the receptionist placed a hold on funds on my card. I’m not sure why this was necessary, as I paid for the stay with Accor points and paid the remaining balance by card. Could you please explain the reason for the hold? The funds have still not been released back to my account. On the positive side, I really appreciated receiving complimentary parking — thank you for that. However, if I’m being honest, when I look at the overall experience, the stay was disappointing. Considering the inconvenience caused, especially with the air conditioning and the lack of prior communication, I would appreciate if you could consider some compensation in the form of points credited to my Accor account. I was there for IWA at Messe, it's close to the exhibition hall, in a big park. Just perfect after a long day to walk along the exhibition. I'll probably return next time.

Three minor complaints. The dinner restaurant was unclear. Two nights dinner was either not available, or not up to par for a hotel of this level. Some nights it was closed. It would be useful to know this in advance. Our room (207) was very small for two of us, travelling with equipment and four suitcases. I would prefer a larger room next time. The other comment I had was the rates were all over the place. We extended our stay after IWA to visit Nuremburg, and the rate offered was substantially higher than available online. I would prefer to have saved you the fees, and paid directly, but the rate I was quoted (for the extension) was $265 a night, whereas online it was $120. Your breakfast however was exceptional and the staff were great. We will likely book again next year for IWA, and more than likely bring additional members of my team.
