Healsby Couples - TripAdvisor review

Decent hotel very central to city walls. Parking unavailable during our stay due to garage refurbishment but advised of this by the hotel in advance of stay. Street parking is available on the adjacent streets so not a big problem. Hotel fresh and comfortable.

The hotel facilities are good, near the central station and the city center. Unfortunately my experience was greatly affected by an employee who made an unsensitive and highly inapropriate joke about my country of origin. The social problems of a country are not a subject to joke around, as they are not "funny", it was extremely shocking and disappointing to hear this type of "jokes" in a hotel.

Had a one night stay, with very efficient check-in incl. correct billing and invoicing for the needed address. Room was clean and prepared and even to the more silent side! Staff was always very open and kind.
