My stay at the hotel was disappointing. On the first day, there was no baby cot available, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I had to sleep on the floor, which was very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves its preparation for families with young children

We always have a few cribs in stock for our guests, but unfortunately, it seems that they were all already reserved in your case. It always helps us when we receive advance notice that a crib is needed, as this allows us to respond and obtain additional cribs if necessary. Helena Klusin General Manager

Located close to the old town and near a U ban. It was very easy to reach from the airport and the checkin was excellent organized. Rooms were very clean, bright and cosy - just perfrct for our stay.
