We had been travelling for a few weeks through Germany and Austria. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time but the receptionist didn't even check if our room was ready, we got the stock response, check in is at 3pm. Given that this was early March when the hotel is not busy perhaps you should rethink your policy. Every other hotel we stayed in allowed us to check in if the room was ready. This didn't start our stay here on the best footing but I have to say the hotel was very comfortable and really good location, opposite Porta Nigra and close to loads of great restaurants.

I was not welcomed like a Silver guest as written in the terms. In some other hotels it was obvious. Welcome drink ok. Breakfast is more than good. No gym is an issue comparing to some other hotels. Rooms ok. Very convenient location.
