this hotel was chosen as a convenient stop over, but what a jewel of a hotel, and town. the front of house receptionist was superb, even explaining that the restaurant and bar were closed on that evening because of "illness", explaining there was a local food festival in progress and bars aplenty

Everything is fine.But only one point I need to complain. Your online check-in system doesn't respect people from Taiwan. The nationality only one choice of"China, Taiwan",and it's totally wrong. 1. Toilet was not cleaned after the previous stay. Shit was still in the WC. 2. Bathtub drain is too slow due to which there is waterclog during the shower - which is not so nice to have.

On arrival, the receptionist was not so friendly and welcoming but that is ok, everyone has bad days. The room was ok, the view was amazing but the bathroom was disgusting, toilet seat stained, floor is black in spots and there is black mold scattered all in the shower.
