No basic facilities in the room, like drinking water, hair dryer, electric kettle. Very basic room. No Storage at all for cloths. Breakfast spread very basic, boring. The plates spoons were not clean. Same every day, no variety at all. No restaurants around and Hotel didn't have any good food options. Overall, not a satisfactory stay.

Sir, Despite what we look like, we are a two stars hotel, economical, with better equipements than our brand standards. But yes no hair drier or kettle in the room, but everything is available at the desk. We also have good quality dishes, like lasagna, rissoto, or any snacking and even beers 24/7. Unfair comment, judged with 3 or 4 stars standards. But or team is indeed trained as a 4 stars staff. About the curteries and plates, i am going to check if other customers told us something, if true, i sincerely apologize, but i can assure we are very careful. Nevermind, we are more and more often badly impacted by customers asking us services we are not supposed to have, as we are working hard on improving our customer experience. Regards E.HAQUET GM

Will Never Stay at Ibis Budget Again

There’s basic and there’s basic! We booked this hotel as a last minute thing because of location to where we needed to be and unavailability at other hotels in the right area! The only room that was available was a triple room! If you don’t need that type of room don’t book it especially if you’re tall, as the second bed is sideways on over the top of the main bed and the room is so small if you have luggage on the floor there’s no room to move around for two people. Nowhere to hang your clothes because the standard fixed hotel hanger (all 6 of them) fell out of their holders to the floor when clothing was hung them! There was one bath towel and one face towel in the room, potentially between three people! The day was a cold late September day and our room was cold. We tried to get the heating wording, however we were only getting more very cold air blowing into the room. When we asked at the desk if we could have some heating, we were told NO only the temperature of fresh air from outside. We were told that they have to get a special team to come into the hotel to turn on the heating!! We were booked for two nights, however after one very uncomfortable night with no help from the staff we checked out, losing the second night that we had paid for. Not only that but we had booked two nights in the garage for our car, this was an extra, paid for on arrival not part of the standard room booking. The second night was not refunded when we checked out after one night. Despite a complaint registered on the day that we were refused warmth, which to date is almost 2 weeks ago, we are still awaiting a response!

The hotel well located the stuff very helpful the room very clean and the price was the cheapest on the market. Definitely will use the hotel again .

La porte du parking de l’hôtel était malheureusement hors service, donc plus de place disponible. Heureusement, le réceptionniste de nuit a été super réactif et a tout de suite trouvé une solution en nous proposant une place sécurisée. Merci à lui pour son aide précieuse !
