Hotel is close to public transport links to access Lyon centre. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable as expected. Hotel was quiet. Friendly staff. Secure parking available for reasonable charge.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel had placed two separate €100 holds on my bank card. At the reception desk, one of the €100 holds was released, but the €100 hold placed on 04.07.2026 is still pending. The first surprise was that the third bed had not been prepared by housekeeping, and we were asked by the girl from the reception desk to make the bed ourselves. The bath towels were quite old and worn, although they were perfectly clean. The room was very small, but acceptable considering the price we paid. The breakfast was very good for a two-star hotel. The staff were very kind, courteous, and professional. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The only downside was the noise from the nearby highway, where construction machinery and workers were particularly loud, especially in the morning. Everything was very clean, which I believe is the most important aspect of any hotel stay. At the reception, you can also buy an excellent beer brewed in Lyon for only €6 per bottle. Pizza is available as well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return. Note: Please release the €100 hold placed on my card on 04.07.2026. Only the €100 hold placed on 07.07.2026 has been released. When I booked the room through the ALL Accor app, it clearly stated that payment would be made upon arrival. Why was a €100 guarantee hold placed on my card twice?

I have stayed in dozens of Ibis hotels, this was the worst experience. Either the air conditioning or something else was making mechanical noise 24/7 non stop. Loud enough to cause headaches. After reporting the issue the staff acknowledged they could hear the noise but didn’t even investigate it not to talk of addressing it. They didn’t relocate me to an alternative room.

The parking space reservation should be made at the same time as the room reservation. I sent two emails to reserve it, but received no response. I called once, but there was no answer. It was only by calling a second time that I was able to reserve the parking space.

No basic facilities in the room, like drinking water, hair dryer, electric kettle. Very basic room. No Storage at all for cloths. Breakfast spread very basic, boring. The plates spoons were not clean. Same every day, no variety at all. No restaurants around and Hotel didn't have any good food options. Overall, not a satisfactory stay.

Sir, Despite what we look like, we are a two stars hotel, economical, with better equipements than our brand standards. But yes no hair drier or kettle in the room, but everything is available at the desk. We also have good quality dishes, like lasagna, rissoto, or any snacking and even beers 24/7. Unfair comment, judged with 3 or 4 stars standards. But or team is indeed trained as a 4 stars staff. About the curteries and plates, i am going to check if other customers told us something, if true, i sincerely apologize, but i can assure we are very careful. Nevermind, we are more and more often badly impacted by customers asking us services we are not supposed to have, as we are working hard on improving our customer experience. Regards E.HAQUET GM

La porte du parking de l’hôtel était malheureusement hors service, donc plus de place disponible. Heureusement, le réceptionniste de nuit a été super réactif et a tout de suite trouvé une solution en nous proposant une place sécurisée. Merci à lui pour son aide précieuse !
