Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you appreciated our hotel’s location, conveniently situated within walking distance of the Melbourne Airport. Nonetheless, we understand that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel is designed with a focus on simplicity and value, and while we do not provide facewashers as part of our standard amenities, we are pleased to inform you that hairdryers are indeed available in each room for your convenience. Regarding the decor, we recognize that some areas of our hotel are showing signs of wear and we are looking into ways to refresh and update these spaces while maintaining our commitment to affordability. We understand how important a peaceful environment is for our guests, especially after a day of travel or business. Although our rooms are equipped with triple-glazed windows to minimize any external noise, we acknowledge that some guests may still be sensitive to sounds from outside.
