Although our stay was very good the condition of the mattress was far from acceptable, in fact it is well overdue for replacement. On the left side it had basically collapsed making sleeping very hard. I hope when we return in the future that the mattresses have been replaced. Pillows were also an issue, although they catered for soft and firm there also needs to be low pillows.

Was a wow moment when walking in the front doors.Room was lovely neat and clean , bed was comfortable, staff were really nice. Had room service pokies bistro etc

Had a pleasant experience on the whole. The food was great. The slightly irritating part was when the lock on my door did not work after a long day, and the hotel staff could not get me into my room for an hour. They did provide me with another room (after half an hour of trying to get into the room) so that I could freshen up, and I appreciate that. The other annoying thing was that people seemed to be racing their cars in the street in front of the hotel. As much as I love motorsports, it gets annoying when you're trying to sleep.
