Frustrating start. The phine didnt work for room service. The room didnt have a lounge like the photos. Had to push the staff to change our room and got an upgrade eventually. Im not sure why they thought it was ok to leave a huge gap in the room were the lounge should be, im not sitting on the edge of a bed all night. Needs change.

Everything was great, the room was clean, the staff where all wonderful. The only issue was that the Monday there was no chef for breakfast due to a roster mix up; Tuesday there was a chef; Wednesday no chef again; Thursday I did not bother. When you need to have breakfast before going a work site; this becomes very difficult when the staff rostering is not correct.
