Stayed for a week over Christmas and we need equipment hired and delivered as my husband is in a whhelchair. The staff were amazing the whole time we were there.

I stayed for 3 nights, the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility was absolutely beautiful, ver clean, food was delicious and has plenty of parking.

It was an ok stay. Some staffs were very friendly, and some were acting like they were doing us a favor by us staying at the hotel or using the hotel facilities. No smiles, no apologies if there was something wrong from their end. Some staff didn't know what Accor benefits were. Staying at Accor hotel but can only use the Accor benefit at one out of 3 of their restaurants, which was closed half the time. The bed was really old so had terrible sleep for 10 nights. Dryer is old, the knob fly's out of the machine 1-2 mins after you turn it on. Laundry door broken and falling apart. No Sheer Curtains for Privacy. Rooms need renovation/upgraded to make it an Accor standard hotel.
