Fire alarm led to evacuation on the first night at 1:10am. The lifts smell of stale urine, and have done since my last stay. I ate in the restaurant each night, the first night was barely edible. The second night the steak was raw (not medium rare). The third night was ok. All in all a very disappointing stay.

Plenty of parking. Easy to check in. Huge rooms. Huge and comfortable bed. We welcomed the balcony and the view of the lake but were disappointed that room service only applied after 5.00pm. Ate several times at Miss Caroline and can recommend the BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos and the Sweet Potato Fries. The worst meal was the cheese platter - a roll of snax biscuits, two sachets of cheese,, a round of brie-like cheese, some quince jam and some proscutio in an un-openable packet; all served up on a cardboard box! As I said, what a contrast! At least the entertainment (musicians/singers) were excellent.

Car park entrance dis not work with my room keys after hours. In room barcode to order food did not work, menu dis not load, ordered breakfast via phone call. Order 2 serves toasts with butter and peanut butter 6-7 butter came up with only 1 peanut butter came.

We had a wonderful stay room was very neat & clean. Location was great perfect for out of city stay. Meals were fantastic, all staff were very friendly and happy to help. Will definitely recommend staying here to friends and family
