My stay was nice, however the price when I booked online and in my confirmation email wasn’t the price when I got there it was more expensive which I feel isn’t right. I tried to say the email states fees included but told no there are further fees and if I don’t pay I can’t stay. As someone who doesn’t have disposable money this is stressful - please update your booking to include the price of all fees so what my confirmation is is what I pay. Also the fridge in our room didn’t work, as in no power didn’t work, I had called down the first night , went down in the afternoon day two to be told someone checked and the freezer was just extra powerful. When I asked how the freezer was extra powerful when it doesn’t even turn on the girl was very flustered - I don’t understand the lie no one came to look my partner and I were in the room the whole time. As we were there for my partners birthday it was frustrating we couldn’t chill any drinks we brought or the breakfast I brought and all had to be thrown out the drinks taken home. Yes we got a free breakfast on the last morning but didn’t make up for.

The hotel is lovely and the dining options are really good. The view from my room was amazing. The only issue I'd like to flag is the noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom. It sounded like a jet engine. I could also hear the fan from the room next door. Luckily no fans were switched on during the night.

It was good. When a mistake was made the front desk rectified it immediately and then called me to offer me a complimentary drink at the bar. Only thing I would say is that the spa did not look clean.

The facility was very well presented, pleasant Staff. The Hot water to unit 349, especially of a morning was at best, Tepid, not hot enough for a shower etc..
