Kudos to Abram on reception who provided the best check-in and ongoing care towards us during our 8 days there that we have ever experienced at a hotel. The restaurant and bar were good but don't quite make great. We found the location handy for everything we did. We'll definitely stay again.

Hotel is great for family. Really good location - has a lot of food options within the hotel and surrounding areas, kid playground nearby and good walking track around the lake. Only thing that can be improved is the strong chlorine smell from the pool. Our rooms were on level three - same level at the pool. The smell of chlorine is all over level three. Beside from this one issue - our stay was great.

The stay was amazing no complaints 😊 My daughter (almost 2) made me take the stairs 90% of the time 🤣 pool area kept clean, hotel was clean. The vibe was amazing and location on point!! The staff were all friendly. Will definatly be staying next trip.
