We stayed overnight prior to an international departure. 2 options for dinner, a relatively expensive Italian Restaurant or overcrowded bistro. As it was a Friday night it appeared a lot of people from nearby business’s gathered for after work drinks. This left the availability of tables rather sparse. Ordered two steak sandwiches, issue was they were like Philly cheesesteak. Our order was incorrect, but given the time for the food to arrive and the fact it was lukewarm we were not going to wait for a new order to arrive. Mentioned the experience at check out and received a lame, I’m sorry that happened. I choose Novotel due to Accor status, but there is no real benefit. The check in staff were a highlight, being efficient and friendly. In fact all staff were pleasant, it is the facility that is lacking.
