I was excited to stay here, as I thought it was very new. It was to my surprise that it's been around for 3 years. Driving in was a interesting, as the way that my GPS showed me, was full of Uber Drivers (as their parking is next door) and the carpark sign was blocked by a bus. Nevertheless found it and went to check in. We were booked in as a big group and check in was clunky compared to other hotels that we have been at. As they required all of us to check in individually and put a security bond on the room (most hotels have removed all mini-bar items and normally have a seamless check in with our keys on a desk).
The food was decent for lunch and breakfast but the staff were very friendly. The rooms very very nice and well appointed. The only criticism was the blackout blind mechanism was well hidden in my room. Overall a pleasant stay for a business type trip.

The room was clean and comfortable, great shuttle service for Qantas domestic terminal. Only irritations is the glass wall between the bathroom and room, if you need to get up and go to the toilet in the night & turn the bathroom light on, it lights up the whole room. Also the main bar/lounge area at the front has a nicer ambiance but this closed at 9pm, only leaving the smaller sports bar open which is ok, but we personally would prefer the front bar/lounge area to relax and unwind ahead of our holiday.

I have two photos taken, one was that there was some dirt on the shower towel. the other one was that pillows were located at a odd position on the bed after the bed was made. I also stayed two nights, the coffee capsules were not replaced/top up on day two. other than that, I am happy.

There were always plenty of people to assist with our enquiries in the lobby. I particularly liked the presence of a roving assistant who helped 2 jet-lagged people check in easily. The room was well equipped and comfortable and the location within easy walking distance of terminals 1 and 3 was a plus. I'll definitely stay there again.

Checked in Sunday afternoon, easy and well communicated by the desk. Went to the bar, again well mannered staff could not do enough for you. Food was above average, drinks had a decent range of international beers. Room was good size, blackout blinds and curtains were tremendous with no gaps at all, bed was comfortable. Thoughtful touch of earplugs in the room but not required by me.

I was unable to order room service using the QR code in the room so I rang my order thru. The price on the menu was $34 plus $6 service fee but when the meal was delivered the docket said $40 plus $6 delivery fee. I crossed it out and wrote $34 + $6, total $40. The invoice I was later emailed had food $34, donations $2, service fee $6, total $42, which is what I was charged. I did not authorize any donation and have no idea what the donation was for
