The best part of the stay was good food and a walk away to the airport. Unfortunately, the phone in my room did not work and the land line call service navigation was average to get to the reception while restaurants were completely out of reach. Hence, there was no access to guest services. Rooms were poorly maintained by cleaning staff - rubbish was left in the bins, while beds were poorly made - the sheet underneath remained with creases. Empty coke cans stayed on the tea tray for all the days. If given a choice, will not book it again.

Sheets are rough and uncomfortable, pillows are no better, though the room itself is fit for purpose and the lift floor numbering was correct this time.

We arrived at 23:00 hours and did not need to wait long for assistance. Check-in was a breeze and they went out of their way to get two rooms on the same floor. Only let down of the stay was the breakfast. It was very low quality, waiting staff had a 'whatever' attitude and the hot selection was underwhelming. Front desk staff were awesome, shuttle to the terminal was simple and fast. Would stay here again.
