Quiet, clean room with an excellent shower and everything I needed for my short stay. I stay at the Mantra Epping every time I am in the area. The only quibble I have is as someone with dietary requirements (gluten and dairy free), I would like more information about the breakfast ingredients e.g. is the bacon dairy free?

The dental kits, shower caps, etc were not provided in the room and I had to go down quite a few times to request each item. This place didn’t feel luxury but instead felt like a cheap budget hotel trying to save up on expenses. I requested to get my room cleaned and was assured that it would be cleaned only to have returned back at night on that day to see that the room was not even touched. Had to return back to front desk where the staff told that they can’t do anything as the staff for room cleaning has left. Overall it was quite a disappointing experience which I certainly didn’t expect from an accor property. I wouldn’t have returned back two days later if there was an option to cancel for a full refund. Also didn’t get a chance to get my welcome drinks at all but I wasn’t provided with a menu of any sorts which would tell me what my options were. The breakfast buffet was average, there was not many options for vegetarians except fruits, bread, jam, etc. There was no menu provided so there was no clarity as to what drinks are included in the breakfast.
