Friendly housekeeping staff but at reception I asked for a umbrella but was told there was none although there was one. I got wet.

Chasing my invoice again. Trying to call room service from the room phone and not getting through and ringing reception to be told that the speed dial for room service doesn’t work! Ordering a simple cheese burger 3 nights and the last night only got half the burger and so much salt on the chips I was nearly ill.
