After ringing the hotel in numerous occasions prior to our stay, I was very disappointed that none of my requests were met & the inconvenience did not make the stay as comfortable as it could have been.

The cleaning staff and restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly but the reception staff need more work. On arrival one of the staff was on the phone line but the other was on her personal phone and die not acknowledge us.

From check in to dining experience for dinner and buffet breakfast everybody was welcoming and helpful. Food and drinks were great and the car parking a very reasonable price. Check out was seamless and the staff were happy to even share a little fun banter. Overall a great experience!
