I arrived to see international air crews milling around the foyer and at the checkout desk. No Covid checks. No Quarantine!

Dear Anonymous International aircrew hotel accommodation stays are covered by the strictest quarantine protocols as required by the Australian Government and the airline Owners and are specifically designed for the role they perform. In addition the hotel operates with Accor ALLSafe protocols in place a globally designed system to ensure the upmost safety for all our guests. To put it bluntly general guests represent a far higher Covid infection risk than aircrew at this point in time as aircrew livelihood is dependent on their maintenance of strict practices and protocols. I was staying at the Mantra due to having an operation in Epping. Marley was so friendly and helpful on arrival. The girls on room service were friendly and accommodating. I felt relaxed and safe in the hotel with the ongoing issues in the world. Sanitiser was available and everyone was wearing masks. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a suite for a few days after selling our home. It was situated closed to the mall for easy shopping and take away but without the hustle and bustle. Super close proximity to the freeway. The only major negatives were the lounge had ZERO powerpoints for connecting your laptop while working and the TV had no HDMI input I could use as they were attached to the wall. Good kitchen, room service and was quiet.

Two things that weren’t satisfactory A half empty carton of milk in the fridge No where to hang a towel in the shower

To hang the towel, we do have the Stainless Steel Hook on the wall close to the water closet in the the bathroom and I must admit its small and can go unnoticeable. Our stay way amazing , quiet ,private beautifully clean modern room and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! With Covid 19 this was a first time overnight stay for business and we were a little apprehensive staying anywhere , but the hotel had all precautions in place and nothing to make us feel uneasy at all. Our usually stay is at Crown Towers and this is defiantly in the star 5 star rating.
