All the rooms are king split configuration - meaning, they can split into two or can be used as a king. However, the difference should not be noticeable, if used as king as we make the bed as king - ensuring the comfort. Your insights are valuable to us as we strive to improve our services. great service, great food but the menu has stayed the same over the years (I believe ?). Have been staying for the last three years and it's not a problem as the location is most important to me. Maybe mash rather than chips as healthier option on the dinner menu? The rooms are still cold on returning when the aircon is set to 22*C (auto reset) and the bathroom fan expels the daylight out of any warmth if the bathroom door is left open (great in summer). Sure, by the next morning set to 25*C it is making to the bedroom in the apartments, just. Else, your staff is attentive and welcoming, rooms are always clean, some of the towel hooks in the bathrooms are missing to dry the towels for second use. One more, the parking registration I have refused to complete as it should be a simple rego registration at the front desk for the duration of my stay (paid for already). Appreciate the loyalty program points and discount with dinners, but find it not useful really anywhere but for the priority check-in and possible late checkout... upgrades are near impossible. The most important point I would like to stress, when staying for work at Epping, your staff have been exemplary in every way and the food and coffee are excellent and consistent in quality... the reception, breakfast and dining areas are always flawless. All is appreciated, and I do recommend a stay at the Mantra Epping to others :)
