The staff were very nice, but would never stay a Mantra or Novotel again. The place was dirty, meals were well below average no microwaves in the room ,milk was off.

Friendly staff, Loved the tavern attached to get meals and great meals they were. Great location close to where I was working. Definitely stay here again in the future.

very disappointed !!! i booked a 2 bed apartment and got a disabled bedroom with a interconnected bedroom and paid double what 2 rooms separately would of cost i know as i paid for my sons room and that was $270 no priority check in staff had no idea what accor food discount was my daughters room had lots of extras in her bathroom drawer which we didnt get being a disabled room i then had 2 nights in mantra southbank admittedly not as new as your hotel but i got my 2 bedroom apartment for a fraction of of the cost with no wedding discount i would very much like this reviewed and an answer as to why my 2 bedroom apartment apartment ( which it wasnt ) was so much more than southbank and individual rooms Thank you carla L.
