Overcharged my credit card twice for same booking

We have come to know that you have had two rooms and payment for both rooms were on one account which resulted in our Team Member on checkout, processed the payment again and subsequently refunded. Loose service on breakfast staff at 03-05-2026 around 7 am, she spotted me and wont bother to say a word and let me wait there for over half min, till I walk in and sit down, did she come over to check me in. apparently, she lost her passion for this job and created bad image to Mantra Hotel. Also why parking fee is so high , $25 for a couple of hours ( from 6:30am -7:30) and the checkin staff did not mention that I need to pay for it.

Whilst staying there most weeks, there is no welcoming back / reckognition from front desk staff. Often have to make corrections to my invoice also.
