We stayed for my fathers funeral which i had said when booking as i asked for a quiet room. So any decent human wld have some compassion. I booked a hotel room which your website states refrigerator after a 5hr trip a really really rude female indian staff member never said hello just barked at me “name” as i tried to ask her ques she talked over me As we have stayed at the Mantra from the 1st week it opened we knw the hotel knw the rooms the manager changed our room to 1 with a fridge but still argued with us When we checked out a younger rude indian girl tried to charge us for 2 extra breakfasts when we clearly were leaving and hadnt eaten any Wehad a dreadful stay on a really difficult day and the hotel were awful
