Paid for parking in a boom gate operated car park at the Hotel only to have our vehicle stolen from the car park leaving us stranded in Victoria with all our belongings in the vehicle and no way to tow our caravan back to Queensland. Hotel needs to review their book gated car operation and install fencing around the perimeter of the car park. As it is to replace our vehicle is going to cost us $70,000 on top of what insurance covers. This has put a lot of stress on us that we are not dealing well with.

While the facilities were fine, clean and comfortable. I could hear everything from the room next door. If the person was watching tv you could not get to sleep until they turned it off. One of our colleagues was so aware of the noise that she would not use the hairdryer until after breakfast, another had to listen to bedroom antics all hours of the night so none of us really felt rested.

Lovely experience apart from a bit noisy and hearing everything from other rooms etc. conference room a great size and the staff we dealt with at reception and the conference catering was exceptional ( hence the high score ) would suggest a different lunch menu and maybe sandwiches and wraps also as all meals very big and heavy. Very pub like. We were able to add sandwiches to our lunch option though on one of the days which was good

Very impressed with Mantra Epping. Good location just off freeway so easy commute to city. Breakfast was fantastic and restraunt /brewery was also very good. Beer from brewery was excellent. Hotel rooms very nice , clean and comfortable. Quiet area and as a hotel guest , free parking. Will most definately stay here next time in Melbourne. Thankyou Mantra staff.
