PJ was wonderful, understanding my needs (I'm in a wheelchair) at the time I booked. The hotel was in a great location although the car park was a little overcrowded on quite a few times. The room was great with a lovely view to the south. The only' wish' was to open windows. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and all staff were so lovely. Will be passing on positive feedback to my friends and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jen

Majority of the stay and the hotel was great, except that the fridges were not cold, in most of the rooms my friends occupied, and the parking was at times quite difficult. We circled the car park 5 times on the Friday night waiting for someone to leave, and we weren't the only ones doing this.

My partner was admitted to hospital unexpectedly, I decided to book a room last minute. On arrival check in was fine, no mention of Accor Plus membership or welcome drink, had to ask and was told it was all digital now, no explanation on how it worked. Room was nice, clean and had all I needed. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs which was nice and ordered room service (deserts) which was quicker than expected. Checkout was quick, breakfast was plentiful and chef would make eggs to your liking, I asked for poached but they were undercooked so really inedible. Overall a good stay.
