Great experience from start to finish. From booking on the phone to the small personal touches once in the room. The room was lovely with all the mod cons, most especially it was very clean and tidy. Hotel was ideally located, especially if you don't NEED to be in the city (but if you do the train went directly there). Very convenient location and close enough to the airport. It was a mixed business and family trip so accommodated for both. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
