We were attending the Australian Open and I wanted an easily accessible hotel out of the city, with public transport links. We have an EV so the ability to charge was the main reason we chose Mantra. The charging was helpful although only one cord was working. We had a good experience in the restaurant and I used the well-equipped gym. Staff at reception were a little vague about public transport. For example, they were not aware that it was a free transport weekend for the AO and that a train could be taken from the Epping station all the way to Flinders.

I Paid extra for a room with facilities but was provided with a standard room with facilities a little crammed in, appreciate you were really busy with the Tennis but as a company we stay with you very regular and me, usually 1 week per month for a long time. Unfortunately, on the last stay the whole first floor had doors wide open playing music loud around 8pm when I just arrived from Perth, are you a hotel or a back packer hostel?

Arrived with family , look for trolley, load everything - sorry you are not elite member so you have to pay for parking ( this tone not acceptable) Tesla parked whole day and night cannot charge our EV - sorry cannot do anything
