Pl Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

The aircon did not cool room 755 that accommodates 4 people. For the price of $310 a night this is needed especially in the summer time. I left my review with the front reception about this. I was not impressed at all and this room should not be in use. Can someone please contact me and explain as to why this happened?
