My room was very spacious and comfortable. I really liked that you could open the window if needed for fresh air, however, this was not needed as the room was a perfect temperature even with no cooling/heating. The bed was comfortable. There was a great choice of food which was delicious at the buffet breakfast. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

-staff we’re great -room had a column in the middle so you could not see tv at all while on bed. -room was obviously old from damage to skirting board and just general wear and tear -housekeeping would come very late in the day (3pm approx one day). I didn’t need anything apart from towels one day but the one day they did come in, they didn’t even bother changing the sheets or flipping them round at the very least -price doesn’t match the quality of the room -ants everywhere -kitchenette but no tea towel and had to ask for pans if wanted to use it -$20 for parking. Ontop of the hotel cost.

As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to a large and very well-maintained room. The staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Compared to other Melbourne hotels at this price point, this stay definitely felt like better value.
