I have stayed at your Hotel more than 5 times, i have always enjoyed my stay, unfortunately Chill restaurant was not open because of the Covid-19 but room service was excellent, clean and comfortable bed, nice room, great view.

The photos were totally misleading, there was no pool, cafe, food, the room needed repairs, the refugee situation is a disgrace.

The hotel had none of the facilities shown in the photos, totally misleading advertising. Our room didn’t have soap, cupboards were water damaged, the blind didn’t work, room service failed to appear and there was dangerous wiring hanging out from the wall behind the bedside table. The hotel is not fit for use.

It was a little noisy at night with voices in the early hours of the morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly (James at reception rang to ask if all was well with the room and acted promptly when I asked for some things). Bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel, very clean. Only thing I could pin point I personally disliked was the comfort of the bed it was very hard and found myself waking up constantly during the night and twisting and turning trying to get comfortable. Other than that amazing staff!

I'm here for an extended furlough from my work with News Corp's Brisbane branch on compassionate leave due to mother being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, so we had to have a base camp to co-ordinate things to do with getting her affairs in order, whilst balancing my work commitments at the same time. The hotel could not have been more accommodating and understanding of our situation and helpful to our specific needs and requests, especially under the current pandemic situation. Much appreciated, everyone. Well done. And nice meeting you, Mark. My partner Rita is from your neck of the woods in Tamworth. (such a small world!) We highly staying here to anyone and everyone!

Front desk staff uninterested and each day gave conflicting answers to questions and kept apologising for previous answers given.

Terrible room carpets old and disgusting room facilities very limited I understand that this is due to Covid however I think it was just a convenient answer. Staff unhelpful more interested in talking amongst themselves than caring about the customers who pay their wages. Conflicting answers given to questions and lack of knowledge on simple questions such as nearest place to buy a paper were at the least very frustrating. Overall for the price paid absolutely a joke, and lack of customer satisfaction non existent.

I stayed for a total of 12 nights in the Manta 6th floor. The view was great and the room comfortable with a feeling of spaciousness. Staff were polite and helpful and the Chill cafe next door had excellent coffee and snacks. I will be returning to Melbourne in Augusta and will choose to stay here again.

We had a health program to complete because of the Covid 19 lock down in businesses we were required to look outside the work place. The overall experience was disappointing I had to ask for a different room due to the cleanliness and size of the bathroom . The second room was also very unclean but I did not complain as it’s not in my nature. The hotel was under renovation that I was not informed of before my arrival and led to facilities Not being available on top of Covid 19 restrictions. I found the hole experience disappointing and expensive for the facilities provided as I had paid for an upgraded room before my arrival. Had I known the hotel was in disrepair and under renovation I would have stayed somewhere else The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Kind regards Andrew m.
