The hotel is a bit outdated and too simply furnished for my taste. If a kitchenette is provided in the room, the hotel should also supply the appropriate cooking utensils. I also would have appreciated quality control in the rooms. The first room had no safe, so I was moved to a new room. In the second room, the air conditioning and fridge didn’t work properly, so I had to move again. This only happened after maintenance inspected the room and I followed up again because I didn’t receive any feedback. In the third room, the safe didn’t work, so maintenance had to attend to it. I requested an update via SMS or phone call, which was promised but never provided. The cleaning of the rooms was okay. On one day, the towels were replaced, but the bed wasn’t made. The bathroom was never thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and I personally wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Bathroom in a closet!

Front of house staff were pleasant and parking was easy. BUT the bathroom was ridiculous! It was literally in a closet - it was lucky to be 600mm wide and 3m long max! Not to mention the room had a step as you came in the front door. Furthermore, you couldn’t get in the bathroom door because it was right where the step was located. Absolute nightmare! We stayed 1 night as we had a wedding close by so only used the room to get ready and sleep after the wedding, so not long in the room but eitherway it was ridiculous! Would not recommend this category of room.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price. Surprisingly busy. Breakfast selection was a bit sparse by the time I arrived at 8.45. But good selection. Of some of the dishes were running out- fresh fruit being one of those.

The room is well appointed, though the curtain had fallen off the rail in one place. I pinned it with the safety pin to close it. The room faced west so was very very hot when I arrived. It took some time to cool it down to something pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets and coverlets are beautifully crisp. The bathroom is small but adequate. I have stayed in larger rooms at this hotel and they are more spacious.
