Bed was ok and plenty of hot water in shower but unable to cast to TV. Called help line but they never got back to me, so just stayed out of room longer.

Quick check in, very friendly and helpful staff. I was staying with a friend and we had a room with two double beds in a very large room with the bathroom between. We had never seen this layout before and loved it! The complimentary bottle of wine was much appreciated (I'm an Accor member so I think it was because of this). Food at the restaurant was delicious and staff very attentive. Check out was efficient. The only sad thing was that my car was dinged overnight by another car in the secure carpark which is not the hotel's fault. They have been super helpful in investigating this- couldn't ask for more! I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again in the future :-)
