Great location. Disappointing that the room was very hot & stuffy on arrival & remained stuffy overnight even when running air-conditioner . When checking in we were told there was no wake up call available. The team member could have mentioned that the TV had an alarm facility to help us.

Called for shuttle on arrival, told it would be 15 mins...30 mins later I had to call again for a reminder to be picked up (11pm at night wasn't a busy part of the day). Did get a lovely bag of choc almonds as an apology though, nice thought which I appreciated. And in-room dining I didn't receive a confirmation email that mentioned would come through, had to follow up again; would give that snack a 5/10, I could have heated that up in a microwave myself. Room was very comfortable. Had a lovely massage during my stay. Great proximity to the airport...walked back to the terminals at the other end of my stay, was just easier.

Hotel was nice. Needs to have better water sealing in the shower as there was no seal and water ran out all over the floor. Shame the TV has no movies or options apart from free to air TV. Could have had face washers and more information about directions and getting to Terminal 4. I booked the shuttle then the driver told me he doesn't go there. I wasn't familiar with the area so didn't realise locations.
