When the hotel is evacuated in the middle of the night for a false alarm with no apology, it's not a place you want to return. Especially going there to get a good sleep before a long flight in the morning. Could have been managed better.

Automated check-in was not working and front desk was overwhelmed by trying to accommodate passengers from a cancelled flight. Thus, clients like myself with a prepaid booking were forced to wait in line with this same group of people. So, in that respect check-in was very inefficient. That aspect aside, the hotel was perfect. It is located with easy access to terminal 3 (3 minute walk through car park) and they offer a free shuttle service to terminals 1 & 2. The room was perfect for my needs. Modern amenities with an extremely comfortable bed and great water pressure for the shower. I would recommend this hotel very highly and would not hesitate to stay there again.

There needs to be improved signage at the airport to locate your hotel easier. The meal tray was still not collected 12 hours after I left it outside my room. The sparkling wine by the glass, had very little effervescence. The room service was promptly delivered.
