The pillows are ridiculously huge and impossible to sleep on. Also if I didn’t check I would have been charged twice for the room. Instead of the $1 charge they charged the full Amount to my card twice and I had to get a reimbursement. Also, it is cheaper to book through other providers than directly with you.

Everything one needs in a hotel room has been presented beautifully at Ibis Styles. And anything non-essential simply wasn't there to clog up space. I loved the beautiful Mural on the whole back wall, instead the standard painting, the coffee, tea and hot chocolate selection with kettle and coffee cups were simple, understated, but quality. The bed was comfortable with crispy sheets, and the power plus were located where you need them. These little things made the one night stay there before an early flight really comfortable and calm.

This is our fourth stay at Ibis Styles Melbourne Airport and it never disappoints. The location suits us perfectly due to its close proximity to both the Value North Carpark and Terminal 4. We love the fact that the rooms are very well appointed, modern and always spotless. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only reasons for a 9 instead of a 10 are the fact that I couldn't use my gift voucher to check in online, nor at the self serve check in counter, and, being budget travellers, we'd prefer more affordable dinner options, instead of having to walk to the airport Terminal to find good value meals for dinner. Having said that we love the little cafe for great value light breakfast choices.

Another wonderful stay. Comfortable room, with runway view. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy a complementary breakfast as I had an early international flight. At checked in, I found out it was my 18th stay at the two hotels.

Great location in walking distance to the airport terminals. Very convenient to stay when needing to be at the airport in the early hours for a flight. The rooms are very comfortable and all necessary amenities are available.
