Very comfortable bed, soundproof with good curtains.
Mini fridge (which wasn’t cold) and UHT milk for tea/coffee.
The onsite pub does a very good hamburger (no room service).
Downside, the automatic checking didn’t work on both occasions we stayed, which meant we lost our place in the queue while we tried to use it, my advice is ditch it, it’s frustrating.

I only stayed for 10 hours waiting for a connecting flight. Clean, nice room, polite and nice staff. But the breakfast selection was amazing, thank you for the european cheeses and specialities, i never saw this in my travels outside Europe except high end hotels. And those sauteed mushrooms were great with the eggs. Good job to the staff preparing this.

Good rooms and location, but room service and general assistance QR codes do not work if your details have not been entered in by check in staff (system is flawed and kept coming up no booking yet was in my room). Also on both mornings was unable to actually get breakfast as the line up and wait in the morning was 20 deep and staff were too slow in processing and getting people to their tables, after waiting over 20 mins gave up as was running out of time and was a waste of money.

Rooms were ideal, could watch planes landing and taking off, without the noise. Beds comfortable and inviting. Bathroom, perfect. The only fault we found were not enough lighting in the bedroom for early morning. We only had tiny bedside lights, and ide lost my ear buds, but not enough light to find them, as couldn't see in the dim light.

QR code system does not work well. Many attempts to order room service didn’t work so had to ring reception. Then tried to order a pillow with the ‘pillow order’ again had to ring reception. What’s app messages were answered hours later. Room was fine

Just for longer stays a laundry facility at the hotel would be great.
The only issue I did have which was not in any way the hotels fault, was the continual tooting of vehicles at all times of the early morning and late at night.
Hopefully with the new changes to accessing the Melb airport this may stop the congestion at the intersection by the hotel.

The room is adequate for a one night stay prior to a flight. It is quite small but clean and the bed is comfortable. The lack of phone is a problem because the staff do not monitor or respond within reasonable times for the in-house messaging system.
