Poor check in procedures. Room lacked face clothes.

Room was lovely, food was great But making a solo mom travelling alone with a baby stand 3hr+ in a line for a room is unacceptable. My baby only got into bed after 10:30 pm .

First room we arrived at was not clean. When reported this not even a sorry or apologies was given. New room clean but no remote for TV. No instructions or guide any where and no way to call reception. 24/7 desk was not staffed. Other travellers said this is a commom occurance with the hotel.
