Room was excellent, although i could hear the lifts all night. Check in was disappointing - too at least 30mins to line up to check in, as the kiosk wasn't working for me. Check in person was nice, but too long of a wait

I booked here because we had a 7:30 international flight and for the buffet breakfast, but we couldn’t have it due to the fact that breakfast is only from 6am, and no room service available earlier than that, so very disappointed, also the bed was too hard and the pillows too soft, probably won’t be back,

We had to evacuate at 3:30 am with loud speakers instructions to “Evacuate now”. Thankfully the evacuation went smoothly and after half an hour outside the Fire Brigade cleared the issue. Needless to say we didn’t get back to sleep as we had a morning flight, but thankful everyone was safe and well.

Booked a superior queen room and was given a room with single beds. When I complained was told it was because I requested a room away from the elevator and that’s all that was available. I dint make any specific request and worse the room was actually the closet room to the elevator so it was the worst possible experience only made worse by being lied to.

Room was clean on my first night 8/12 although room service meal quality was sadly lacking but thought I would hold back my opinion until my next booking on 15/12. Unfortunately that booking the room wasn’t as clean… dirt had not been vacuumed off floor and unfortunately room service meal was not quality for cost
