We travel to and from regional Victoria for flights and like to stay at the airport the night before and then freshen up after landing. This was a fresh-up stay for a few hours after a long flight. Staff were obliging in finding us a room despite us not having a reservation. The room was clean, in good order, comfortable and inexpensive. We have stayed elsewhere at the airport, but this and the adjoining Novotel have become our go-to because they are less expensive, comfortable and clean, and the staff are helpful. Henry was particularly helpful and patient in finding us a room.

Somewhat disappointed when I went to have a shower after a long day at work and found it to be luke warm. This is not the first time I have experienced this at the Ibis Styles Melbourne Airport. At least the water had heated up by morning or I would have been totally dissatisfied. Aside from this, the rooms are comfortable and clean with good access to the airport. The restaurant and bars are also good providing a selection of food and drinks.
