Dear Jim, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry to learn that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly after such a long journey from the UK. I apologise for the difficulties you encountered with our self-service kiosks at both check-in and check-out. While these systems are intended to provide a faster and more convenient experience, it is clear that they created frustration during your stay. I understand how disappointing it would have been to experience issues locating your booking, confusion with the payment process, and further problems when departing. I am also sorry that your room setup was not as comfortable as expected. After a long-haul flight, a good night's rest is essential, and I appreciate your comments regarding the limited number of pillows provided in the room. While additional pillows are available on request, we understand that this is something many guests expect to find readily available. That said, I am pleased to hear that our team members were able to assist when the technology fell short, and I appreciate your recognition of their efforts. I am also grateful for your positive rating of the room cleanliness.
