Temperature control was an issue for us both The minimum temperature was set at 20 degrees Far too hot and a very poor night’s sleep was the result. Preference would be to set temp. at 17 degrees for nighttime sleeping.

Check in and out was smooth. The Room was lovely. Disappointed there was no complimentary water or toiletries in my room and disappointed that my room wasn’t made up until well into the afternoon once I returned from working at 5am. Overall not a bad experience, would just liked it to be a little nicer.

Great new hotel conveniently located 5 mins walk from Terminal 4. Needed a room for the night before an early morning flight. The room was small but perfectly fine and clean. Staff were friendly. The reason I didn't give a 10 in the overall experience was because it is a little difficult to figure out how to walk here from Terminal 4. There is an arrow giving you the general direction and you can see the hotel, but the way to walk when you are wheeling bags was a little unclear and I ended up walking through the bus bays.
