The reception was nice people are helpful mostly the first lady who made our check-in was amazing by giving us another room that was comfortable with us🥰 the pool and hot tub was nice, offer the airport shuttle, only that you need to contact the reception for everything you need to your room even housekeeping service

Having previously stayed at the Mantra Melbourne Airport I was confident of what to expect during my stay. This experience was disappointing from the start. The woman checking me in at reception asked three times whether I had booked a twin share room, which tells me she was not listening to a word I said. We arrived at our room to find no mini fridge which my daughter needed to store her food and drink requiring refrigeration. I called reception and spoke to the same woman who assured me a mini fridge would be brought up soon. An hour later I had to call reception again, was transferred to multiple people before it was confirmed that they could in fact NOT transfer fridges between rooms, so the woman had flat out lied to me and wasted my time. We had to repack our belongings, go and reception to ask for another room. No apology. The treadmills in the gym had not been cleaned in so long that they were covered in grime. Also no visible instructions for making them start so it took me 10 mins of fiddling with all the buttons and dials to get it working. I would not stay again after this experience.
