One night stay, mainly a bed for the night. Comfortable, well appointed room. No restaurant or room service due to COVID 19. It's understandable but Accor website was advertising rooms with breakfast, so I presumed meals of some kind were available (even boxed). So that was a bit misleading.

Room was cold I had no extra bedding ie blanket view of car park was magnificent no meals or even coffee available

A Very Welcoming and Comfortable Overnight Stay Before Our Morning Flight

We were made very welcome by your receptionist (a Filipino on night shift but I forgot to ask him for his name) on arrival and after our 3-hour drive from Gippsland. The Deluxe Room was very cosy and comfortable with good central heating. We had a very good night’s rest, feeling refreshed the next morning for our flight out of Melbourne. Thank you very much for doing your best in this trying time of the COVID-19 Pandemic Restrictions.

Very noisy room a load vibrating and banging noise in the wall all night. Tv kept cutting in and out. No inhouse movies. No room service. Bin in bathroom had not been changed from last guest.

I booked the hotel directly over the phone on the 1300 number. I have stayed there before and i was also a general manager for the Breakfree / Mantra group. Reservations were were helpful and polite. I had used your Airport shuttle previously And as I was arriving late on I Jetstar flight .i asked if it was available . She checked and said it was available and said on arrival to call the number I had called he on and go to option 2. Upon arrival at 9.15 pm I called the 1300 number and a recording said the office closed at 7 pm. I had no option and found a cab . Which cost me $50.00. Not very happy so I did not use the service to go back to the Airport. Regards Bev

The heater was so so very noisey , that I had to turn it off to sleep . However the doonah was so very very thin , I was freezing all night. The bar fridge was Also a distraction . I was under the impression it was an airport hotel , but 7 is away and finally , the concierge would not witness my signature ! This is not a 4.5 star hotel as advertised I’d give it 3 as a fair rating Thank you
