check-in was really weird, did not really feel welcomed, nothing was explained properly. Gym opens at 7am, which is way too late. sauna located in the gym, so people walk in there through the gym. and there was no shower in the pool

1. Requested high floor away from lifts, but not too far and in quiet area. Was given 3rd floor room next to lift. 2. Ordered room service including 250g pork rib eye steak at $40 and told restaurant was busy and may take an hour. Food was delivered earlier by person who said he was in a hurry and I needed to sign what he was waving at me, so I signed without checking it. At first I was worried the pork was undercooked, but then realised it was rare beef. Next day we were charged for 400g rib eye which was over $60. It would have been nice to have been given the option to change our order on the night, instead of having it foisted on us in an underhanded manner. 3. Bed was super comfortable. 4. Took 2 attempts to turn air conditioning off. 4. Breakfast was very nice. 5. There was no wait for a shuttle to take us to the airport.

My contact with staff was very positive, I visited the restaurant for lunch and food was very good. Bar prices are on the high side. Shuttle service to airport was very efficient. Overall a good experience. I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future. My daughter had previously stayed and recommended this hotel.

I came in from overseas and arrived at the hotel really early, so understood I needed to wait for a room to be ready. The lady at the counter was really lovely and did everything she could to find a room for me as soon as possible which she did by 10am as I was exhausted. She helped me up to my room with my suitcase. After staying in some average hotels abroad it was lovely to be in a room that felt like luxury. I feel the price is very good for the quality you get here. The restaurant and room service menu is quite small and very expensive so that would be my only gripe. Also a few more vegetarian options would be nice.
