The heater was so so very noisey , that I had to turn it off to sleep . However the doonah was so very very thin , I was freezing all night. The bar fridge was Also a distraction . I was under the impression it was an airport hotel , but 7 is away and finally , the concierge would not witness my signature ! This is not a 4.5 star hotel as advertised I’d give it 3 as a fair rating Thank you

The staff were great, the room was clean but the closure of the bar and restaurant with minimal guest numbers really affected the ambiance, felt very lonely. Absolutely not the fault of Accor or the Mantra, of course.

It would have been nice if I was told that the restaurant & room service was unavailable for dinner. As I then ordered dinner to be delivered, to realise that no cutlery was in room. I ate my dinner with a spoon. Nothing was said about the restaurant or room service being closed & nothing was put in place to accommodate for this ie. Cutlery placed in the rooms, a brochure of the restaurants who deliver.

The man at reception was very helpful, explained everything clearly as well as helping order my evening meal using Deliveroo. The room was clean with a comfortable bed.

Parking was not manned. Car park has attitude

i lost my photo id on one of the legs of my journey to melbourne. was refused entry despite having over 100 points of id, and the reservation email on my phone. i slept in the carpark at the airport. disgusting tbh.

Check in was good, room was nice but after a long day of driving I was looking forward to a hot shower only to find there was none. Same thing when I woke up to leave. No hot water and fairly little explanation from old mate on the front desk,

Nice room and great reception. A very noisy late night party of drunks down the hall was quickly quietened by the reception staff, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately all facilities including the restaurant were closed. The takeaway meal that I received from a nearby restaurant recommended by the Mantra reception staff was absolutely horrible - a dried piece of chicken breast with some vegetable sticks! Hopefully things are back to normal when I return.
