The receptionist on the 16-13-25 had no people skills, We booked into the room, in there for 10min, did not like, when back to reception and requested a refund, that person eventually gave a receipt saying this was the refund, It was not, he was a scammer, a very unwelcoming person, I have gone to my bank to dispute. Never, never again will I stay at any Accor hotels and/or any name branded to them (ie ibis), the worst premises I have ever stayed at! I have travelled all around the world at all types of accommodation, backpacking to 5 star in over 40 years, o will never go back. Accor get your act together, you are damaging Australia.

Dirty sheets Bugs in the bed So much mould it's hard to believe the shower and toilet have ever been cleaned Notified the desk still haven't heard from anyone- obviously don't care

The window was not able to be fully closed, to keep traffic noise out. One of the towels left on the bed for use had black marks over it. I either was not washed properly, of had ingrained black on the towl, therefore it needs to be discarded.
