We arrived very late and had no problem checking in. The member of staff on reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was newly decorated with a new bed. Everything worked perfectly. The rooms are double glazed and were very quiet. The value was exceptional as we booked using the Accor app and paid just over $100.00 including breakfast for both of us.

I didn't like that I stayed two nights and I didn't have cleaning in my room. They didn't take out the trash. The towels smelled bad. The bathroom smelled a lot of cigarettes. And they didn't give me any coffee or milk again for my second night. But thank you very much .

Checked in, took forever, the guy behind the counter had issues understanding English. For some reason he could not sit still, he had to jig all the time, very off putting. Gave us a handicapped/wheelchair room on the ground floor, there had to be other rooms available as the car park was only half full. the room was very aged, tv remote did not work neither did the buttons on the side of the tv, air conditioner was stuffed, bathroom was dirty. my wife and i could not risk taking a shower for fear of getting foot infections. faeces on the floor next to the toilet!! What a disgrace Ibis!1

Room was exactly as described. It is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but the rooms were in excellent condition and they were very clean. Perfect hotel stay if you only need it for a few hours. Thank you
