asked for extra pillows at 1630. person at desk said there were no extra pillows, when pushed he said come back after 5pm and i will hopefully have found some. He went off duty at 5pm!!!! next person said, we have no spare pillows. I asked if they could take them from an empty room. He replied, “well we are more or less full” I said, well that’s not full and you have a large blinking billboard outside saying rooms available. Grubby , sad, tired building. I am surprised that Ibis and accor would want to be connected to this establishment. we did not feel safe whilst staying there. I noticed they had several clients that paid a part payment with promises of paying more. Half way homes are needed and I feel for people in that situation, but do not advertise this as a traveller accommodation, We stayed in central melbourne in a lovely old bnb hotel for the same price, was nicer and actually clean. this place is a danger to your clients health
