Not at all what I expect from Accor. $80 was too much to pay for this joint Wedged between the Western Ring road and Hell, this patch of dirt is well worth bypassing. Windows so thin that you can hear every hoon massaging his ego and tiny appendage until the wee hours of the morning. No sleep, no joy. Never. Ever. Again

Emailed customer support after making two unanswered calls to postpone our plans after a death in the family to be told "Too bad so sad " Your booking is non refundable and non manageable... Almost $200 lost in a cost of living crisis with little to no compassion or care shown... Do better Accor... Do better!

1.THE COMMON KITICHEN MICROWAVE WAS VERY DIRTY AND IT SHOULD BE CLEANED ON REGULAR BASIS. ON MY ARRIVAL FIRST DAY I GAVE IT A THOROUGH CLEANING AS DURING MY STAY I NEEDED TO HEAT MY FOOD. 2. THE TOILET SHOWER WALL IN ROOMS SHOULD BE PLACED A CADDY AS THERE WAS NO SPACE TO KEEP SHAMPOO- BODY WASH OR RAZORS ETC 3. THE KETTLE WAS VERY DIRTY. SO I BROUGHT A KETTLE DURING MY STAY. 4. PLEASE REPLACE THE MINI FRIDGE IN ROOM 225 AS WATER WAS LEAKING FROM THE SMALL FREEZER. BETTER IF YOU COULD REPLACE WITH MORE SPACIOUS MINI FRIDGE SO IF NEEDED WE COULD STAY LONGER ESPECIALLY WHEN COMING FROM OVERSEAS. THANKS KALINGA

The bed was a thin, very wore mattress that was like a bowl it was so old. There was a hole in the ceiling of the shower. The toilet was pealing. There wasnt even a power point near the bed.

Not Great - The guy at reception was rude - telling me I had to pay $10.00 for 2 nights' parking "otherwise your car will be towed". Then the traffic noise was horrendous - the old heater was noisy - the TV remote didn't work

asked for extra pillows at 1630. person at desk said there were no extra pillows, when pushed he said come back after 5pm and i will hopefully have found some. He went off duty at 5pm!!!! next person said, we have no spare pillows. I asked if they could take them from an empty room. He replied, “well we are more or less full” I said, well that’s not full and you have a large blinking billboard outside saying rooms available. Grubby , sad, tired building. I am surprised that Ibis and accor would want to be connected to this establishment. we did not feel safe whilst staying there. I noticed they had several clients that paid a part payment with promises of paying more. Half way homes are needed and I feel for people in that situation, but do not advertise this as a traveller accommodation, We stayed in central melbourne in a lovely old bnb hotel for the same price, was nicer and actually clean. this place is a danger to your clients health
