The room was absolutely filthy. There was food splatters on all the walls and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks

There was no comlaints with the room, but breakfast was frustrating - the pancake machine was not programmed, pancakes were tiny, the coffee machine was topped up with water with only one cup at a time.

The staff were rude and appalling. Does Ibis not have uniforms? Difficult checking in process, smelly and disgusting. The bathroom has pubic hairs all over. There was mould in the shower.

Very poor services, lack of amenities and essential resources. My young children had to suffer due to microwave oven issue and no signal TV. Never ending bad smell in whole environment. Felt unsafe due to some suspicious people's presence. Had to leave in couple of hours due to feel unsafe with particular community people.
