Not recommended for very late check in like after midnight. Reception closes at 10pm. No elevator for heavy or big luggage. Door was locked and stayed outside the property for 10 minutes until someone opened the door for me to smoke outside (No doorbell). As my call roaming didn’t work in Australia, he let me used his phone as well to call the receptionist (Thank You!) or else I will be sleeping on a couch. Wi-fi password not provided too. It was such a disappointment for a first time Ibis guest.

Easy to find by car. Fast check in. Quiet for good sleep. Room size OK for the price. Location is beside my big stores, takeaway food etc at busy road intersectionjunction.. I paid for parking and was OK. Breajfast was ok. Room had tv and kettle to make tea etc, I think no lift ie stairs only. I recommend for first night arrival or departing Melbourne.

The receptionist on the 16-13-25 had no people skills, We booked into the room, in there for 10min, did not like, when back to reception and requested a refund, that person eventually gave a receipt saying this was the refund, It was not, he was a scammer, a very unwelcoming person, I have gone to my bank to dispute. Never, never again will I stay at any Accor hotels and/or any name branded to them (ie ibis), the worst premises I have ever stayed at! I have travelled all around the world at all types of accommodation, backpacking to 5 star in over 40 years, o will never go back. Accor get your act together, you are damaging Australia.

This facility is not even close to ibis standard. On a highway, but you can’t close the window because the latch is broken. Security buzz entry to get into reception, because there are people milling around like it is a gang movie. Spend the extra $20 and go to the Novotel.
