Didn't change my booking just cancelled made another to make you repay they steal your money and it's a dump homeless asking us for our pizza at the entrance dirty and undesirables hanging in parking lot stayed an hour then left

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of teabags/coffee. I had to climb on the chair to turn on the aircon, that was fine for me, but would be an issue for physically impaired, or older clients. The light by the mirror didn’t work. However realising late in the day, after I’d checked out, that I’d left my phone charger and cable behind, I called in on my way home and they had it. The gentleman on the desk checked with staff, went to look, and came back with it. Absolutely brilliant. So all in all it was a very satisfactory stay and experience.

Average location, terrible hotel. The place has busted fences, rubbish strewn about the carpark, and mould in the showers. One staff member was very nice and welcoming, but another was rude and dismissive.

The road noise, noise between rooms and noise from the passageway made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. No lift was another pain point, lugging heavy bags up and down the stairs.
