Check-in was really friendly. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. Well located. Easy to get to public transport close to shopping areas and plenty of restaurants. Maybe would’ve liked breakfast to start earlier for as I had to catch the first plane out of Perth online room service function was not working. Cooling was loud and not very cool.

I only stayed overnight for an early flight. Sadly walls were thin and i could hear my neighbour snoring but the staff at checkin were very lovely.

This was my third stay, it's always been a good experience. Rooms are on the small side but I didn't have masses of luggage so this wasn't a problem. Easy to book via the website, paid on arrival and found the staff to be professional and friendly

It was hard to find. I was given wrong directions by airport staff 2 times so a 15 minute walk turned into a 1 hour walk and by the time I got there and showered I had to leave 3 hours later.

The air conditioner was absolutely filthy, they need to be cleaned before someone gets an airborne disease. I paid extra for breakfast and I wouldn't touch it. There was nothing that was fresh or appetising.
