Welcome ok, place look unappealing (dirty) cable hanging in corridors, furniture stscked everywhere, no bar or restsurant working in evening

It was OK. It’s seven because the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the place itself isn’t for me. And they need to fix that smell coming from the bathroom drains. Decent breakfast.

Decent location being close to S-Bahn Station. Staff, on the whole, were very good although the one who checked us in wasn't the best. Booking wasn't correct as tried to charge us for breakfast, which we had already paid for. Rooms were typical Ibis - clean with a decent bathroom and no frills. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, hot food was often cold and one morning had obviously been reheated from previous day's leftovers. Pastry selection was good one day then reduced on other two, appreciate may be winding down for Christmas but we're still paying the same for it. For the price, the hotel was fine.
