My experience with the morning receptionist on 18/7 was extremely unpleasant. She insisted that my booking didn’t include parking and breakfast while it certainly did. I explained that the night receptionist verified that on the computer and validated my parking ticket. She insisted that she doesn’t she it on the computer. I had to go bring my phone to show her my reservation confirmation email. She then reluctantly admitted that i was right but she never apologized for the rude behavior. The whole dialogue was quite humiliating for me because it happened next to the breakfast buffet in front or the other hotel guests. I was really disappointed and at the whole situation. She needs to learn customer service skills to serve in this position. I am a silver member and I don’t accept to be humiliated by anyone. I am going to forward this message to all accor.
