I have booked in App and it's showing the price includes service fees and tax already. But when I arrived, the hotel wanted to charge around 40euro more money saying it's "city tax". The pillow is too hard and I wanted to change a soft one, which was rejected by the employee.

Location was good, just out of the city. Check-in was ok although the reception staff member was quite cool, not communicative and snapped demands for completion of check-in form. No information given re which floor was our room, what time breakfast was served etc. Room was comfortable.

The service attitude from reception is terrible compared to an Asian standard. Most of the answer you might get is "I don't know" or "I am busy. please come back later". Other than that, the overall quality is good and not so far from DB station. There are also KFC and convenient store at nearby gas station so would be easy for us to get something. For tourist, it's not so recommended but fair enough for a business trip.

Not located at airport. No restaurant or bar although advertised
