Everything was according to my expectation and worked fine. I have pre-booked also breakfast where I would imagine to have more variety of products. Especially vegetables.

After my booking for one room with 2 beds, the “lovely” receptionist gave me a room with ONE bed !!! After asking why , he said that is not specified on my booking what room i need . I show him my reservation where very clear is 2 beds !!! His answer was I DONT CARE I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER ROOM !!!! After arguments with him he start to yell and scream on us!!!! Ofcourse we cancel the reservation and we should move to another hotel !!! The manager need to pay attention about hiw personal
