After my booking for one room with 2 beds, the “lovely” receptionist gave me a room with ONE bed !!! After asking why , he said that is not specified on my booking what room i need . I show him my reservation where very clear is 2 beds !!! His answer was I DONT CARE I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER ROOM !!!! After arguments with him he start to yell and scream on us!!!! Ofcourse we cancel the reservation and we should move to another hotel !!! The manager need to pay attention about hiw personal

Average stay., Seems to have become expensive, with breakfast, parking and accommodation. Lack of good service. Receptionist rude and poor customer service. Not sure would use Hotel again as at that price will look into alternative. sorry about this, but mean it in a good way and for your business.
