We didn't receive a receipt with us. The staff said it would come through the travel agency CWT, which booked the trip. It didn't come, we decided to ask you again by email.

Amazing location to create a walkable stay. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful offering to store our bags. The housekeepers!! Top notch, super polite at any interaction and always cleaned our room to perfection and restocking. The mini bar was such a nice touch and the Nespresso machine, couldn’t belive my luck when they also got refilled!

Friendly welcome from all staff - on front desk and at breakfast. Good selection of food for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable - although it was a bit hot for us and would have preferred firmer pillows!

Water heater didn’t work. Water was boiling or freezing. Had a baby and no little bathtub provided (10€ in ikea). Room was cleaned superficially and sheets were not changed in three nights. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy. Tbh employees were the best part, kind and detail oriented.
