This hotel was walking distance to everything. The staff, Richard especially, was so helpful to us. We unfortunately had a water leak in our shower one morning they handled it so professionally and kindly. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay 2 nights with a family of 4 using 2 adjoining rooms on the top floor. We had 7 bags which the staff happily stored for us all day on check-in and check-out. 5 mins from the subway and only 15 from the main railway station it was easy to get about. Well equipped rooms with bath and shower. Only downside was no smart TV.

Sat down in the restaurant in the middle of the afternoon. 3 of the staff were more concerned with chatting & being on their phones than even approaching us. It took 10 minutes.
