Mercure is in a fantastic location, right next to trams + trains also walking distance from all the amazing attractions, monuments & palaces (so you aren’t spending money on transport, you can just walk!) The guest service & Hospitality staff were incredible, when checking in, room always clean when we would leave for the day. I was very appreciative of this. However, the Internet connection was terrrrible in our room. We couldn’t connect, no matter how hard we tried, nothing loaded so this did make it hard when winding down @ night + contacting friends // family, checking out stuff to do the next day + directions.. however internet is not the end of the world.. hah Room was squishy for 2 people & 2 big suitcases however you don’t spend much time in there so it’s totally fine for 3 nights MAX. Otherwise, overall it was a pleasant stay.

A wonderful experience. The hotel staff are extremely kind and professional, and we truly appreciate them. We will definitely return and recommend the hotel to others. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great to have a direct phone line from the room to the reception, as going down to the front desk for every small matter is not very convenient.
