The hotel is located very close to the main street of the center, but not noisy. Cleaning staffs provide very good and sufficient services. Breakfast has good variety.

Hotel is well located, within easy walking distance of city centre sights, and public transport for outer city sights. Hotel staff were all very helpful. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was quite acceptable although we were disappointed that apple strudel was not on the menu!

I am very sorry for the misunderstanding regarding your minibar - even if you skip the cleaning your minibar HAS to be refilled since you were staying in a Privilege room.
