Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff. You could hear a lot of noise from the hallways and whenever a door shut the whole room shook. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. It said juice and snacks were included on the website but there was just bottled water that was not replaced every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercure Wien Zentrum. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Vienna’s main attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Vienna.

We stayed for a week, and the best thing about the hotel is its central location. Most places are within walking distance, the air conditioning is excellent, minibar drinks are free, and the reception staff are very friendly. However, the room is very small for the price, storage is limited, there is no luggage trolley or help with bags, and housekeeping was below expectations. The pillows were also very thin and uncomfortable. Overall, the location is great, but I don’t think it is worth the price.

You cannot beat this location!! It is in the heart of Vienna near everywhere you want to go. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious and charming. My family and I would absolutely stay here again!

We only had one issue. In one of the rooms, extremely hot water came out of the shower and faucet. The staff did everything they could to have us take a comfortable shower. When the technician came, he showed us how to let run water in the cold position until temperature was stable. The hotel has to fix this, but the staff worked around the problem and we were grateful.
