We stayed at this hotel and found its location incredibly convenient, being very close to the city center with easy access to public transportation like the metro and tram. This made exploring the city and its attractions effortless and stress-free. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a decent variety, though better oversight of the buffet would be appreciated, as basic items like milk sometimes ran out without immediate replacement. Our Privileged room, although surprisingly on the first floor rather than higher levels as expected, was clean and comfortable. A highlight of this room type was the complimentary minibar, with all items provided free of charge and restocked daily. Additionally, the quiet ambiance of the hotel and the surrounding area contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We met up with friends for a short break and the hotel was perfect in every way. It was very centrally located. The room was excellent and very well maintained. We had breakfast each morning and were very impressed with the wide choice. Our thanks to the reception staff who were very welcoming at all times.
