Comfortable experience. Close to a lot of landmarks in inner stadt. I think the only downside was the pillows being flat, but forgot to ask front desk for more pillows.

Room was too hot due to poor air conditioning, pillows had very little filling, air vent in bathroom broken and loose lamp in bedroom caused a power cut. Breakfast service was non existent, no staff greeting at entrance, no drinks order taken for teas or cooked breakfasts, limited selection of food, milk on day one was off.

My wife and I had a great stay at this hotel right in the centre of the city. The location is excellent, close the the metro stations and also easily accessible to many places of interest on foot. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; the hotel is clean; the room we had was adequate and was comfortable; and, the breakfast was also good with fairly wide selections.

I stayed recently attending a Congress. We saw cockroaches on the beddings on arrival at our room 808. Receptionist was kind enough to move us to another room and gave us an arrival drink voucher as compensation. I did not like the bergamot bathroom toiletries which after 3 days was starting to nauseate me. The pillows were tiny and not comfortable as well as the duvet provided was extremely uncomfortable. We had the option of not having our rooms clean but we couldn’t risk it. Otherwise the room facilities was good. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit juices and bread, croissants, eggs on offer. The staff at breakfast were really helpful and friendly.

The hotel has an excellent location for exploring the centre of Vienna, which is undoubtedly one of its main advantages. However, the rooms are extremely small, with very limited storage space. There is barely enough room for clothes, and there is practically nowhere to leave your luggage, which ends up obstructing the passage to the beds. The bathroom is small, but functional and perfectly adequate. The pillows are very uncomfortable. It is nice that complimentary water is provided in the room, although I could not find an easy way to connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi, at least not from the information provided. The staff are polite and professional, although they could be somewhat friendlier and more welcoming. The breakfast is good and fairly complete, but it is expensive if you want to add an extra guest. Overall, it is a good choice mainly because of its excellent location, but the very small rooms and lack of space make the stay somewhat uncomfortable, especially when travelling with luggage.

One item (sun screen) went missing from our room during our stay, and the only explanation is that the hotel staff misplaced it or took it. We never got it back. This happened on day 1. After that day, we had to make sure we packed everything in our suitcase and kept it locked, so that it doesn't happen again. It increased our stress and reduced our leisure time!

Hotel locating in city center, but room was very noisy. Seems no correct insulation around windows and as in front there is a cinema, during night impossible to sleep before midnight.
