We are sorry, however, that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We are aware that certain parts of the hotel would benefit from renovation, and refurbishment projects are currently under validation. In the meantime, our teams work every day to maintain the property to the highest possible standard. Regarding the exterior appearance of the hotel, we would like to clarify that the visible marks on the façade are the result of a fire that occurred outside the building. At no time did this incident endanger our guests, and it has no impact on the quality of the services we provide. We do understand, however, that it may affect the first impression. As for cleanliness, we would like to emphasize that our housekeeping team pays great attention to the daily cleaning of both the rooms and the common areas. We do understand that the age of certain fixtures and fittings may sometimes create a less favourable impression despite the care they receive. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and as a result we were very cold throughout the night.

I unexpectedly found myself in need of a bed for the night and booked via the website. I was warmly welcomed on arrival and the room was warm and comfortable. The bed was very good! Quiet hotel. Met all my needs. The entrance to the car park is on the roundabout through a cycleway, which made it tricky to find.

Lovely welcome when we arrived at 10pm, the room was small with everything you need and bed was comfortable with good linen. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had while travelling in Europe.

Very good welcoming and helpful staff who recommended an excellent restaurant cross the road for dinner. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast just ok. The rooms are small and bathroom facilities below the standard we would expect. The shower is smaller than in a cross channel ferry cabin and my wife could not reach the shower head it was so high. The Budget product is much better in some than others but I would pay more for the STYLES product.

Ich war schon öfters da. Die letzten 2 Male war die Halterung des Duschkopfs kaputt. Duschen war unmöglich oder zumindest sehr schwierig mit einer Hand, da man mit der zweiten Hand den Duschkopf halten muss. Positiv finde ich jedenfalls das Frühstücksbuffet. Verglichen mit den Buffets von IBIS budget Metz und IBIS budget Nancy Laxou ist das Buffet in Selestat besser und vorallem gesünder (Eier, Trockenfrüchte, Mandeln, Naturjoghurt..). Das schätze ich

Nous avons loué pour trois personnes avec un enfant de cinq ans, nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit superposé avec une écriture notifié qu’il est interdit de mettre un enfant de moins de six ans dans le lit alors pourquoi nous louer cette chambre je ne comprends pas

En effet, nos chambres standards sont configurées avec un lit double et un lit simple superposé déconseillé aux enfants de - de 6 ans pour des raisons de sécurité et cela est spécifié sur notre site, comme tous les lits superposés. Nous aurions pu vous conseiller de descendre le matelas pour éviter toute angoisse, nous vous rappelons que nous sommes disponibles 24h/24 pour répondre à vos questions.
