Smelly and tired interior

Although the lobby looked modern, we were shocked by the cheap toilet smell when we entered the room. There was balls of dust on the floor, black spots on our duvet cover, brown stain on the wall and no “no disturb” sign in the room. We will never return to this ibis.

We are sorry for forgetting the ‘Do not disturb’ sign and for the stained linen, but you should know that we are available 24 hours a day at Reception, we could have put one in your room and changed your duvet cover, even though this should not happen. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the smell in the toilets, which was remedied by our partner company. However, we are sorry that the room and its services did not live up to all your expectations. We would like you to know that we are in the process of validating the overall renovation of the rooms and the hotel in order to improve the comfort of our customers. Building work in the lobby was well covered and isobviously only temporarily. Neither of us liked the towels provided. Other than that it was clean and adequate.

Hotel undergoing renovations ..There's anew dinning room for breakfast ala buffet.. Our room had some paint chips coming off the walks .. rooms are very small but it is a budget hotel and you get what you paid for. Hotel has free parking. Staff friendly.
