Your check in person was wonderful. Your heater however was ridiculous. It was so hot in our room. I asked the late night person for a fan but he said no, he said you didn’t have AC even though it is advertised as having AC, and the room smelled of smoke. I turned it off and opened the window that said ‘not to open … for my safety’ which made me question the location choice. The mattress was hard. I was just uncomfortable. I wouldn’t choose this hotel chain overall, again.

A very pleasant stay with personnel that was really available for any demands and a good team working efficiently at the hotel. Rooms were comfy and we enjoyed also the team to practice. The swimming pool wasn't available during our stay.

staff were all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant choice was good; food excellent and well presented. Bed one of the more comfortable I've had in a hotel recently. room temperature good.

Check in was very good, instant upgrade by front manager but queen size bed did not work for us. We moved to another room with some resistance as it is a different front office staff with poor bed side manner. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good and off Alma location is very good esp when all else is closed.
