Check in was very good, instant upgrade by front manager but queen size bed did not work for us. We moved to another room with some resistance as it is a different front office staff with poor bed side manner. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good and off Alma location is very good esp when all else is closed.

This has become our default overnight stop following a late ferry arrival in St Malo. There is always a warm welcome and the standard of rooms is consistently very good.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely place for an overnight to relax before driving to next destination. Easy hotel to access and parking for car. Restaurant and bar very good. We had hybrid car so can’t provide any details about charging stations beyond there were about 14 charging stations and always seemed some available. Only reason I did not list 10 is because the light around the mirror in bathroom did not work and the USB ports on one side of the bed were broken. For overnight stay not a problem, but hopefully those will be fixed for next guest.
