Location is very convenient within minutes to Siam BTS station. It is also within walking distance to many malls including Siam Paragon, MBK, Centralworld and Platinum Mall. Room is newly renovated and very clean. Bed is comfortable! I stay at Novotel Bangkok at Siam Square at least twice a year whenever I visit Bangkok. Their staff's approachable, friendly and helpful service is always beyond expectation especially Mr Potae, Ms Bewty and staff who serve at the lounge Ms Mint, Ms Pae and Ms Ger. They are very dedicated in their job! I cannot wait to visit and stay again at Novotel Bangkok at Siam Square next year!

Very appreciative for an early check-in. Unfortunate that I'm not able to enjoy the premium lounge due to renovation ongoing, if I was informed during the hotel booking I will skip the executive room. My room was not provided with the bathing towels, and I didn't notice until past midnight when I return to room after a day out. I need to call the reception for assistance, even then I need to call for 2 times to get connected. There's no ventilation or the ventilation is broken in the bathroom and toilet of my room, and it is very wet n damp everytime after the shower, making the overall room quite wet n damp.

We stayed for two nights, room was very comfy. Food at breakfast was quite disappointing and dinner at the lobby was very slow (around 40 minutes from ordering till food arrived)

Staffs there are so kind and very helpful. They helped me checked the cctv when my little one lost their favourite cushion and they done it straight away without any question. They helped me contact luggage claim shop from airline (which was not their job) but the staffs there really go beyond than you expected they copied the claim document for me without asking and provided local contact number to the luggage shop (I don’t have local number). Also the staffs at the breakfast club are so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and we will back to stay here again when we’re in Thailand.
