Water pipe burst at toilet and staff were slow in service

I went to the toilet at the hotel lobby, and the water pipe actually burst, and I was drenched with the dirty water busting from the water pipe. I am very unhappy about this incident because when the water pipe bust, none of the staff came to assist me . The hotel staff were only busy going to the toilet to check what happened I was standing outside the toilet wet and nobody offered me a towel or offer me any help. This kind of service standard is absolutely unacceptable. I had to ask for a towel from the reception and that took more than 10 minutes to get me a small hand towel to dry M. whole body. I need an explanation for this! You may verify this from your hotel stuff this is happened on 20th March And also the room that we stayed in, has very dirty toilet- the mold stains on the wall and the floor. The furniture are all chipping. Are you sure this is Novotel standard of a five star hotel?

My family are regular guests at the Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square Hotel, staying there more than 5-6 times each year. This is our first time celebrating Chinese New Year in Bangkok. The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, situated right next to the Siam BTS station, making it easy to access various parts of the city. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, my family enjoys our time here, and we have already booked our trip to stay at the same hotel again in the next three months. Thank you!
