lift sometime very slow and long wait

Our last stay here was better. Despite the renovation, there were still some issues with the property. The door of one of our rooms could not be latched properly and was only addressed after our feedback and rectification from engineering. This should have been picked up by housekeeping when they were preparing the room. There is also a rather noticeable presence of mosquitoes in the bar sitting area. While Bangkok is in the tropics, the large number of mosquitoes in an indoor area suggests some mosquito breeding nearby. This needs to be investigated.

I would like to report several serious issues encountered during my stay. Firstly, the room appears quite old, and at around 3:00 am, water began dripping from the ceiling near the ventilation duct. The dripping continued for several hours, and I had to place a towel to catch the water until it eventually stopped. This was very disruptive and concerning, especially during the night. Secondly, one of the lifts appears to be malfunctioning. A group of us were inside when the lift suddenly dropped from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor. This was frightening and potentially dangerous, and it raises serious concerns about guest safety. I strongly urge the hotel to investigate these issues promptly and take the necessary corrective actions. I would appreciate your response regarding how these matters will be addressed.

but the new lounge feels less vibrant, and the food and beverage offerings seem to have dropped compared to before. Also the elevator was out of service a couple of times during my stay, which caused delays
