The location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. We had the best wait staff called Mint for the breakfast shift, they were so lovely and helpful with our dietary requirements and also local attractions. We loved our interaction with them

We had a very good experience for our lunch buffet on Sunday. The food is very delicious and with good quality. We got very good, friendly service from Khun Na, Khun Mint, and Khun Sup, which heightened our experience here. We will visit here again.

Basic and clean hotel. Very centrally located close to public transport and paragon Siam shopping mall. The insides of the hotel is a bit dated and needs refurbishment. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very welcoming.

The housekeeping forgot to give us new slippers , toilet paper and tissue paper during our subsequent days staying there . The hotel bathroom walls also need upgrading / some of the paint / white wallpaper peeling off . Staff poor in English . Wish there was a long bath .
