The first reception was amazing he welcomed me with very well spoken Arabic Saudi dialect he was so helpful and the check in process in the priority desk was great very fast and even got the room immediately.. the online check in was also great the only but is the cleanness and maintenance of the hotel building the elevator are old the room was not 100% clean and the mini bar was empty the level 2 beta lounge was also old there were mosquitoes all over the place the elevator the food at buffet the whole building needs renovation and a little refreshing to the look and feel and noise cancellations for the windows the motors were loud specially at mid night
