Finding a leaking ceiling with buckets and towels in the hallway during your stay is completely understandable cause for frustration and falls well below the standard you should expect from us, regardless of ongoing renovation work. While improvements are necessary to keep our property updated, managing them in a way that impacts guest comfort and creates unsightly pathways is something we must handle with far greater care and discretion. Your comments, along with the specifics regarding the 18th-floor conditions, have been shared directly with our Senior Management to ensure immediate corrective action and better operational management during any active work zones. We deeply regret that we let you down on this visit and that your stay felt so disappointing. The staff were friendly, kind, and accommodating, and the location near Siam is excellent. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the condition of the hotel during our stay. I understand that renovations are necessary, but this was extensive. On the 18th floor, there was a leaking ceiling with a bucket and towels on the carpet throughout our stay. I have pictures. That is simply not what I expect from a hotel at this price. I understand wanting to keep business running during renovations, but paying guests should still feel comfortable. Walking past a bucket catching water every day was disappointing and unsightly. The customer service deserves recognition, but I cannot give the overall stay a good rating. Honestly, even “fair” feels generous. I left feeling very let down.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. All the front desk and service staff we encountered were very smiley, helpful, polite and sincere. Pleasantly surprised to find a lovely small cake placed in the room on my birthday too (it was delicious)! Much appreciated! The hotel location is right in the middle of the busy Siam Square city centre with amenities and shopping places galore. Easy and quick getting to places (including the airport) by train, or even just walking. No need to be stuck in the traffic jams! We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past and will gladly return again! Would be great if it is possible in future to have a sheltered way to Siam BTS station. Thank you!

It is the people that work there from the moment you are greeted at the door, front of house, service staff and just as much the back of house team that makes the difference between a stay and a memory. Extremely satisfied with the location in siam square beside Siam Paragon, MBK, platinum mall…….etc. However, I would like to see the breakfast to be intercontinental instead to be mostly Thai. i stayed for 5 nights including breakfast but I only ate breakfast once because food was below average and doesn’t make me excited to eat.

Just wrapped up a stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. We were able to check in early without any hassle, and the front office team right away set the tone—they were so professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. To top it all off, they even surprised us with a room upgrade! The room itself was fantastic: super spacious, spotless, and packed with everything we needed. A big shoutout to the housekeeping staff too, who kept everything pristine day after day, seamlessly refreshing all the towels and toiletries throughout our stay. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the room was remarkably quiet and peaceful, and waking up to that stunning view was an absolute highlight.
