My wife and I have been coming to stay at your hotel at least once a year for the past fifteen years. The only break in this routine was the Covid outbreak. We had a disruption of 2 1/2 years. I believe your hotel's staff went out of their way to accommodate me on my reservation. I had made reservations and paid for my stay in the hotel for May 2020, because of the Covid lockdown, the reservation staff helped me postponed my stay at least 3 times till our visit in September 2022. Compliments to the reservation staff. I believe the hotel is still in the process of opening up, but overall, still very good. The buffet breakfast range is very good, quality of food and taste was to my liking. The housekeeping is very accommodating, my request for housekeeping procedures were well followed. The range for room service is quite good, should include one or two soups and perhaps a non-spicy noodle soup item. I came down with a bad cold on day 5 of my stay and there was no mild food to eat. I ended up eating a ham and cheese toast sandwich for dinner.

The hotel is located in the heart of Siam Square and is 100m away from Siam BTS and Siam Paragon. There are plenty of food, massage, saloons etc around the area to meet your necessity needs. Going anywhere in Bangkok is easy with the BTS. Room is of decent size and I was upgraded to the Executive Premium room thanks to my Accor Plus membership and the receptionist. Was told the room was recently renovated too. Nothing fanciful about the room but it meets the needs of a traveller comfortably.

Out of the 3 rooms booked, 2 rooms with card key issues, we would need to swipe many times inorder to open the door. Especially my son's room 1414. We asked for an exchange of room after seeing 2 cockcraches in the room. Rather disappointed with the new room with dirty towels. Other than that, general staff are friendly and helpful.

The location was great, between Paragon, Siam Central and MBK. The staff were very courteous and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Mr Tong who was very patient and obliging and helped us in all ways. One problem was that the special event Seafood Buffet flyer did not indicate that Accor members did not get the usual 50% discount, only 10%.

I've been staying at this hotel for a while every time I visit Bangkok (used to be at least once or twice a year, pre-pandemic). I can't help but notice during my recent stay that the hotel has started to look and feel dated. There were refurbishments and little enhancements but these were sporadically carried out apparently. My biggest gripe was the poor water pressure, it was such a drag to take a nice hot shower before heading to bed.
