hotel condition is a bit run down, both hotel room and the restaurant at level 2 (despite in newly renovated room - as some old/ previous fixtures were retained) not sure it's due to language or staff are trained in doing things in a specific manner (i.e. disregard what the customers say, still do per standard process), e.g. the staff printed hotel bill, I mentioned there's no need, a e-copy is good enough, and she still printed out and gave me a copy.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, right beside Siam Paragon, and the room is nice and clean. But the best of all is the service, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Shout out to Pear and Potae! They really went above and beyond to try to accomodate all our requests. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 3 days. The staff are great, they were friendly and helpful. We came in earlier than check in and once the room was ready we checked in. It was a good stay The location is perfect. It’s walking distance to MBK Centre. Starbucks is opposite the hotel. And lots of walking distance amenities nearby. The location was perfect for us. This was a good stay for my friends and I.
