Came here for 11 nights and stayed at the junior suite. Overall, service levels were really good, and staff were continually helpful. Really enjoyed going to the interim club lounge as the new one was renovating, and liked the restaurant as breakfast was good. The buffet from Friday to Sunday was a steal at 899/599++ baht depending on whether it was the premium or special selection. However, the hotel and junior suite were considerably old, but they have began renovating parts of the hotel. Location-wise, it is unbeatable as it is just beside the Siam BTS station. Come here if location is your key consideration.

This time, we met Tent, the Front Desk Manager, who offered us early check-in and upgraded our room when he noticed that we were returning guests. Thank you for his attention to detail, that’s why we keep coming back to this property. The only feedback we would like to share is that the soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear noise from the next room, and the water pressure was not stable. However, these were minor issues, and we still enjoyed our stay.

They always with a smile, from the bell staff and reception to the elevator attendants, restaurant, and housekeeping team. The room was clean but a bit dated. This time, we received a room upgrade and were also offered a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Will definitely come back again next year.
