Already complained and sent an email three times and called to service center for the clarification of overcharge, but no reply and no return my money. The total cost should be only THB 20,713,02 but the hotel charged my credit card at THB 23,650.07 NSSPBZSD

I enjoy staying at the hotel as it is centrally located. However, the service in the bar is far below that expected. I suggest more training to take care of the customer and pay more attention to customer needs. Too slow to seek out customers and delivering their order.

Room was old and not well maintain. 1. Light was dim 2. Shower water running sound is loud and can be from the bedroom 3. Breakfast food taste is mediocre and limited choices
