Receptionist was very helpful and cheerful. Unfortunately our room was located beside the banging front door. Surely it could be made a soft close door. As it is also located next to the small dining area for breakfast. Breakfast was basic but very good. Overall a good stay for what we needed a cheap comfortable bed for the night.

All Accor should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their portfolio. Noisy, bed bugs, toilet/shower facilities were unclean and uncomfortable, no face washer, no status upgrade, shit breakfast, horrible bed. The stay has completely ruined my trip as I could not sleep properly.

This hotel falls short of the standards typically associated with Accor properties. The room had a noticeable musty odor, and most of the equipment was outdated and not in working condition. A comprehensive renovation is strongly recommended. In comparison to other statewide stays, this was the least satisfactory.

Enjoyed our stay staff were very helpful we changed to stay extra day and staff were very acco.odating to the changes. The standard room is small but comfortable but only 2 pillows in the room needed to have 4 pillows to make it comfortable.
