If you only want a bed and shower for a night, this will do. The circular plastic clip on the window shade was broken, which means we could make the room private and therefore made the room effectively unusable. The manager was unable to supply a replacement. We got around the problem by using dental floss to tie the shade in the down position.

We rang the mobile number 23 times to get an answer saying he was 5 to 10 minutes away after 20 minutes and we were still waiting then tried calling again that mobile numberwith no luck altogether we called over 30 times. He showed up after 45 minutes then asked when we made the booking and I told him it was 2 weeks ago. Then he said give me 2 minutes ok let me 10 minutes later he came back. To say that it was overbooked and they stuffed up and then he said give 5 minutes and I try to organise something and we waited again another 10 to 15 minutes. In the end he apologised and said that he couldn't get us a room I said that's fine as long as I get my money back now. So we wasted nearly 2 hours there for nothing and we were hungry and tired because our flight was delayed and we had to go and look for another accommodation. That was the worst experience ever.

The perfect place to stay if you want to be woken up by your neighbour's farts...

Very disappointed. Dirty room (pubes in the bathroom, thick layer of dust on the shelf, filthy kettle, & hard as a rock bed. Bathroom resembled a porta loo with an added shower. High step up into it, & hardly any room to turn around. Poor ventilation & water flooded the room under the shower door, due to the elevation. No lifts at all so you have no choice but to haul your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Paper thin walls meant I was woken multiple times every night by the neighbour's burps, farts and coughs. No extra blanket and it was chilly. Dodgy DIY window made it impossible to safely open for any fresh air (lock was broken). Definitely do NOT recommend.

Horrible, it’s basically housing commission with islanders and foreigners everywhere! The whole hotel inc in the rooms stink like bad cologne which is super strong. The tv wouldn’t work properly, and when it did turn on was treated to a vulgar message. The bathroom is tiny and all plastic like a port a loo. I was on the second floor and the window locks were broken so the window could be opened and you could easily fall out. Several OHS violations here. How you are associated with Accor is beyond me. A back packers hostel would have been better! The pictures are very misleading. The noise from all the other rooms is insane and the people loitering around makes it feel extremely unsafe.

The staff were very helpful, although unfortunately the 13Cabs couldn't find us after we arrange a Cab on Friday afternoon, waited almost 45 minutes before driving ourselves
