I was shocked by the state of this hotel. There are platter of blood on many walls throughout the hotel, including in room. Outside of my room someone must have been shot as the stain on the carpet is still clear, and the walls have not been clean. Room is dirty. The shower does not have a screen so the water goes everywhere. The toilet sit is cracked, meaning all germs accumulate in the crack. People smoke just at the entrance of the hotel. Accor management should remove this hotel from their offering

The room was in a very bad condition, there was constant noise, had bugs all over the room, we ended up taking my husband to the Dr, had body rush all over, they should shut down

Receptionist was very helpful and cheerful. Unfortunately our room was located beside the banging front door. Surely it could be made a soft close door. As it is also located next to the small dining area for breakfast. Breakfast was basic but very good. Overall a good stay for what we needed a cheap comfortable bed for the night.

All Accor should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their portfolio. Noisy, bed bugs, toilet/shower facilities were unclean and uncomfortable, no face washer, no status upgrade, shit breakfast, horrible bed. The stay has completely ruined my trip as I could not sleep properly.
