Unfortunately not a good review, not entirely bad but a couple of basic things you need when stopping somewhere overnight. 1. Parking should be included in price or at least told when booking in, not after you arrive, book in and in your room then when you walk out of your room to go buy dinner and get told to pay or you'll be towed. 2. No milk in fridge 3. Front door very loud on opening/closing

I did not read anywhere you couldn't check in past 10pm because the motel was unmanned. I was forced to find another hotel and lose the fee I paid. Very unhappy because there is nothing in writing saying you can't check in past 10pm and there is no lock box for the keys. Thanks for the waste time and money...

The walls were filthy, har in the shower cubicle, small pokey rooms the toilet made filling up noises all night long the door way is a trip hazard had to walk side ways past the bed to enter the room the bathroom is an utter joke

We were placed at the rear of the building and as 60yr olds placed on 1st floor, place did not have secure parking but charged a parking fee, my membership says drink on arrival which did not happen the breakfast was stale.

Power cut out to the room repeatedly. Shower drain was mouldy, shower walls were stained and I felt it was best not to use it Discovered a live cockroach on the bed in the morning. The whole place is dirty, someone's Bobby pin was on the floor beside the bed. The bunk wasn't made despite booking with a child. Insufficient bedding for the weather, and no spare bedding in the room. Male staff member who was on the emergency after hours phone number and also morning reception was not great to deal with. Pretty much assuming I had done something to trip the power, despite it being off on arrival and it being turned on without issue for more than 4 hours before it tripped, then 2 hours without me having anything of mine plugged in, then the next couple of times it was mere seconds and it tripped. He wanted me to move me to another room at 7:30am with a child who is too big to carry asleep in the bed, and didn't seem to understand the issue.

The TV remote was missing, as was the air conditioner. No TV and no heating. There were no glasses to drink from, nor cutlery. Cobwebs on the roof and mould in the shower. The bed was comfortable. Do you rent rooms out by the hour?

There was rubbish all over the place all the bins were full so all the excess rubbish was just left on the ground and blowing around, but hey who cares it is not my job. smashed glass in 2 parking spots, where it looked like a window had been smashed and the glass was just left on the ground. A family of 3 at 3am were extremely loud bashing everything and talking at high volume that it was impossible to go back to sleep, (I wanted so much to ask them to keep the noise down but I didn't because I shoudn't have too! It should be staff that does that. If they were asleep in an other area they wouldnt of heard it or didn't care). It really is a cheap place to stay in the current economy decor is old tattered and that is exactly what you get Cheap! And it is funny how people nowaday have no respect for others, and the staff dont care about the outside of the facilities or it is not their job? Anyway I'm sure if i ever went back it will be the same.......
