On the day of my reservation, I arrived at 12:50am. Understandably the reception desk was closed at this time, but there was an after-hours emergencies phone number posted, which I rang. I explained the situation to him and he awkwardly said he'd get back to me. He never did. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I tried calling him 2 more times, which both went to voicemail. Unable to access my room I ended up sleeping in the back of my rental car outside the hotel. When reception opened in the morning, the lady at the desk was apologetic and offered me a room with late-checkout. I used it to shower, change and left. On the way out, I provided my details to the receptionist and requested that she pass them on to the manager and ask them to give me a call to discuss the matter. I still haven't heard from the manager.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable until I dropped my tablets under bed I was disgusted at dust piles and mess. Continual draft through gap around near A/C through to gaps around entrance door. The A/C inlet vents had never been cleaned correctly, caked on dust so cleaned that and internal filter screen. I didn’t stop my second night and checked out early reporting to staff member at check out. A lady waiting in breakfast area head my polite concerns and she said that her room has identical issues. Also showed her photo of cochroach in her room. Reception gentleman who heard my complaint said to the other lady, “ did you report these issues?” I couldn’t stay any longer with thoughts of getting sick.

First impression was that the towels smelt of eggs gone bad and had yellow and black stain all over. Upon asking for a new one, that one also smelt of eggs. The bed sheets also had the same smell. The bed sheets had so many hairs on it. The sink hadn’t been wiped at and it had all sorts of hairs and debris. The floor was not vacuumed thoroughly and had hairs everywhere. We had 2 nights with no towel change, even though we had asked them to clean the room. Very disappointed with the stay.

Beds are comfortable enough and room temperature ideal. Shower and toilets are a bit small in room but it was adequate. Prices are cheaper than anywhere. Downside is too far from most attractions or a decent cafe and staff didn't seem knowledgeable of the area. But if I'm in Melbourne again I'd stay at an ibis again.

I paid an extra 20 dollars to have breakfast included for my son and myself, and it was a terrible experience. The items provided were old, tasted disgusting, and there were barely any options available. The juice was expired and the jam was clearly old. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the extra cost.

All the bins outside were overflowing, the carpet in the hallway on the 2nd floor smelt of vomit, this smell wasn’t so bad later in the day, the cleaner must’ve cleaned it up, I could see where the previous occupant had put down their coffee cup on the bedside ledge, there were brown things on the wall near the kettle under the TV looked like noodles. But…. The linen were clean, the TV worked, the water was hot, the room served a purpose I had a cheap place to sleep and wash for the night.

My room was really dirty. The fridge leaked the 3 days i was there. Some of the staff were good. The cleaner said he would come back in 2 hours to take the rubbish out an well he never came back.

Fast friendly service. Thank you for asking whether I wanted a lower floor bedroom as I had a bike. Need more caffeinated coffee for breakfast (there were only decaf ones left after the one I had) Breakfast pancakes and bananas were wonderful. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately not a good review, not entirely bad but a couple of basic things you need when stopping somewhere overnight. 1. Parking should be included in price or at least told when booking in, not after you arrive, book in and in your room then when you walk out of your room to go buy dinner and get told to pay or you'll be towed. 2. No milk in fridge 3. Front door very loud on opening/closing

I did not read anywhere you couldn't check in past 10pm because the motel was unmanned. I was forced to find another hotel and lose the fee I paid. Very unhappy because there is nothing in writing saying you can't check in past 10pm and there is no lock box for the keys. Thanks for the waste time and money...

The walls were filthy, har in the shower cubicle, small pokey rooms the toilet made filling up noises all night long the door way is a trip hazard had to walk side ways past the bed to enter the room the bathroom is an utter joke

We were placed at the rear of the building and as 60yr olds placed on 1st floor, place did not have secure parking but charged a parking fee, my membership says drink on arrival which did not happen the breakfast was stale.
