DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. They are infested with bed bugs, I discovered multiple painful bites that required medical treatment. I notified the hotel immediately, but they refused to offer a refund or provide any meaningful assistance. This experience left me not only uncomfortable but also out-of-pocket for medical expenses.

Everything was okay, but I was given a room upstairs. I travel from Fiji & take back alot of things for my family & friends. Thus its hard for me bring 2× 30kg packed cartons downstairs to leave for the airport. Next time I book I need a room downstairs. One of the employees helped me take the boxes downstairs. He was very helpful. Please accommodate me in the rooms downstairs when I travel next. If there is anyone I can contact whilst I book then please provide me with the number. I usually book through the Accor app.

Building overall needs an update; is definetly showing its age.

Disability Discrimination is a crime. I intend to throw s### at their obnoxious venue. Deserve to go out of business.
