We did the supposed "pre check in" to avoid complications on arrival. Also advised we would rock up between 12-3pm. Then on arrival at 12.30 we were told it wouldn't be ready til 3. Ruined the whole weekend plan

Staff are well trained, friendly and efficient. However the use of the lighting switches continues to be a frustration. Print on the buttons is small and until the lights are on, the text cannot be read. In particular the secondary lighting such as under the bathroom bench and around the head of the bed. Can a description document to describe the use of the switches be provided for guests.

We have been regular attenders at accor hotels. At our last stay in December, we booked 2 nights for 14th & 15th March in person with reception. We were told the cost was $458.85 per night due to the Grand Prix Weekend. We accepted this and booked 2 rooms. On check out we were surprised that the second day costed $601.35 per night. The manager argued that we had received a confirmation email to that effect back in December. AS we had booked the rooms in person, I did not open this email trusting the word of the receptionist. In our minds we have been duped. I would not have stayed at that cost, let alone book 2 rooms!
