The Hotel itself was very good. Facilities and staff service was excellent. Pastore restaurant terrible. Bread stale and dry, prawns grossly overcooked, scallops dry, overcooked, stuck to the plate. We returned the meals as they were so bad .Service was shocking. During our brief stay in the restaurant we saw three other tables return their meals. When checking out of the Hotel we advised reception of our disappointment with the restaurant. Was advised that we would receive a call from restaurant manager to discuss our experience. No call has been received.

I recently stayed at Hotel Chadstone for 5 nights (28 Aug - 2 Sep) and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience.
From the courteous and welcoming staff at the check-in counter to the friendly team at the breakfast restaurant, the service was exceptional throughout my stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Even the housekeeping staff was polite and professional.
What stood out most was the level of hospitality. I genuinely felt like a VIP. The service was comparable to what I have experienced at The Ritz-Carlton.
The hotel’s location is another huge plus, with Chadstone Shopping Centre just nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service! I truly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to staying again on my next visit!

Yes, I would rate this hotel 4.5–5 stars. The only thing I was disappointed with was the gym. It’s really small and has no view at all.
The hotel room was clean, and the service was very good. The hotel is right next to the shopping mall, which is very convenient.
Another disappointment was that I stayed there for 3 nights and paid around AUD 900, but when I asked for a 1-hour late check-out, they said it wasn’t possible. So, I had to follow the hotel’s rules.
