The hotel room and service from the staff were amazing. The room service food was extremely poor quality for the price you pay for the hotel. The breakfast menu is very limited so we asked to have just scrambled eggs and bacon. There was no salt or pepper provided and no butter for the toast. The bacon was so dry and tough, it was inedible. The steak sandwhich was touch and grissley which is not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. If the food options and quality were improved immensely, I would have given a score of 10. My partner had never been to Hotel Chadstone and he was very disappointed with our weekend away. I understand that there are 100s of restaurants in Chadstone but sometimes you just want to relax in your room and enjoy each other's company.

It was a very nice stay overall. The rooms were clean, we really enjoyed the one bedroom suite that we got. The pool and pool area was comfortably warm for winter swimming. The only thing that we didn't like was that on our last afternoon, there were some kids that didn't seem to be hotel guests swimming and trashed the bathroom with wet towels, underwear strewn about in the toilets. We say that they don't seem to be guests as they even asked us where we got out robes from. They were also swearing a lot as well.

As above the Hotel is beautiful, the experience, not so much. I know the area quite well, but finding where to park was not simple and should have been explained in the emails received prior to arrival along with the cost of parking. Check in was reasonable but did not include any information in relation to the hotel, such as where is the walkway to the shopping centre, there is a bar upstairs but you need to book also no information about Pastore for, dinner, lunch or breakfast, nothing. Fortunately, we had already booked at the restaurant, the food was excellent, but very rushed, you provided some complimentary bread which was lovely, but entree arrived while we were still eating the bread, which was swiftly followed by the main course. Although very rushed, the food was beautiful. After our very quick meal, we asked about the bar and went up for a drink only to be told we couldn't come in because he hadn't booked. Check out went smoothly.
