Good service at reception, Ruby has been very warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. But the dine-in options were too limited, I had to order my dinner on uber eats.

Very disappointed with our stay. Check-in was delayed by an hour, and the bathroom and toilet were unclean. The room setup was incomplete, forcing us to leave personal items on the floor due to a lack of bedside tables on both sides. Elevator wait times reached 20 minutes, and our keycards had access to service floors, raising serious security concerns. Our stay was extremely sub-par compared to other All Accor places we have stayed.

Our experience was comfortable and seamless. The check-in staff were friendly and accomodating. They accommodated us very well with adding in a surprise dessert plate for our anniversary. The whole room was clean and spacious. This is somewhere that we would stay again.

I booked ur hotel for the first time and unfortunately it was a total disaster, from the start to the end of our stay. Let me break it down for you. To start off I was asked to check in online to delay check in, which I did. When v arrived on check in time at the hotel v were told that the room was not ready and it will be ready soon and ur team will call us on the phone to update us. I was asked for id check, which is standard procedure and I was happy to do so. We went out for a meal. We came back after lunch and were told to get in line , my wife explained that we had already checked in and were waiting for the room to be ready, Georgina was dealing with us and told us that the room was still not ready and reception would call us, its now more than a hour after check in time. We went to the shopping mall to finally return to the hotel and had to do id check again before the room key was given to us, 2.15 hours after check in time and no one had informed us that the room was ready. At this point we thought that u guys r busy so things happen but to wait for more than 2 hours after checking in online is not good service, plus Georgina being rude to my wife is not on. We paid for the service and were not getting the service free of charge. Now let's move on to the room, only 5 tea bags for a family of 3, hmm , perhaps needs to be more specially if u r charging 1100 aud for 2 nights. The toilet had brown stains on the floor, u now guess what the stains were, shit / blood etc, ur call. We did report it and it was cleaned. I did report all of this in the app and were reassured twice that hotel management would get in touch but no one did. Icing on the cake was that this morning before check out v got 3 calls from room service and when we answered, we could hear people in the background, clearly they were not taking to us but were talking amongst themselves. I am not sure if it was by mistake or on purpose, in any case we were disturbed thrice query why. So all in all a very poor hosting by the hotel and I ask for a full refund from the hotel for not providing the service we paid for, staff being rude and disturbing us by calling us thrice on morning of checking out, which was today. Looking forward to ur response and refund. Kindly note I won't be coming back to the hotel again, so voucher are no good. Kind regards, Dr Fazal

The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool area in the afternoon was however extremely dirty, there was food all over the floors, and dirty dishes and towels and each sitting spot with no occupants at those spots. I did also notice that there was room service dishes located in the hallway of our level for a long period of time.

Lovely room, lovely services, great location for shopping/dining.

Chadstone Hotel is a fantastic accommodation that is luxurious and pampering. The bar on Level 12 is calming while the buffet breakfast, though not extremely expansive, is good quality and well worth the price. Where it is unfortunately disappointing is in the finer details. We checked in at 3pm and were told our room was just going through 'final checks', so feel free to hang around the lobby and they would get us our key. An hour later, we had to go up and enquire for an update only for them to chirpily say that the room was ready. Well, an update would have been nice! Our bags then took another 40 mins to come up. It's a great venue, but the service side of things needs work.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Chadstone. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, especially with direct access to Chadstone Shopping Centre, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality options. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.

Lovely staff and clean rooms

All the sweet gestures for the kids was greatly appreciated. From checking in, the kids received legos. Then in the room, there was birthday balloons. After we returned from our outing, there was birthday cards and sweets for them. We can't thank the chadstone hotel team for your hospitality
