We are repeat guests at Hotel Chadstone and think it is the best hotel in Melbourne. The decor, the facilities, the cleanliness, the outstanding customer service, and value for money have it run rings around inner city melbourne offerings. We won’t stay anywhere else.

We have stayed at a number of different hotels around the world, including Sofitel as an ACCOR member, this hotel was on of my top 5. Easy access to everything, cleanliness, comfort. We will definitely be staying here again, making it a yearly ritual. Breakfast was reasonable, but for that price, it was acceptable. I would have liked more variety with the hot food. On a whole, very good.

What a gorgeous hotel. From The minute I walked in it was incredible. Helpful efficient front desk staff, friendly attentive restaurant team, delicious food in the restaurant ,housekeeping did an incredible job as the room was spotless. A truly incredible stay at a very special hotel. What a fabulous location .I will be back!
