When I checked in the staff were all very lovely and the time I spent at the hotel was great. It’s my experience after my stay that I am very upset with. I checked out Monday 15th December and asked that my room service bill be taken off my bond she said that was all fine. Now I’ve phoned last night because when staying at other hotels I usually get the remaining bond back within 2-3 days. The girls explained your hotel police is 5-10 buisness days for bond which I was unaware of. I asked is there anyway you could help me fast track as I’m a single mum living week to week prior to Christmas she said she would ask her manager and get back in contact which I was thankful she was attempting to ask for me and again I explain I only get the remainder of bond back as room service fee was to come out of it she as well said yes that’s fine. Now I have woken up this morning to find the room service fee has been taken out of my account without my authorisation I am very upset not only have I not received my bond but I’ve now had an extra 95 taken out of my account instead out of the bond like discussed with both girls and I’m now left with no money to feed my 4 year old son untill my pay goes in as I said earlier I live week to week. This is just so upsetting to have this done after my phone call last night. I was looking at booking to come back to you guys in a couple of weeks as my stay was great but after this end experience I might have to look at returning to crown for my stays.

Firstly, we couldn't find where to park, there are no clear signs, we had to call and they lady couldn't even direct us properly. When we found the entrance they said go to car park F which was 4 - right turns, We got back in the car and drove for another 10 mins trying to find it, we ended up parking just anywhere and walking because there was no clear signs. When we got to our room there was no water, i had 2 young kids, we had to use the water out of the mini bar which later they told us it was charged, i find this disgusting that there is no free water, at every other hotel we have stayed at there is always complimentary water given every day. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, we asked for them to be remade and they came back even worse.

We had a lovely stay but the experience was not as good as our previous stay. We had two rooms booked and even though they were the same configuration, one had two adults and the other had three. We had pre booked breakfast as part of our stay. When we checked in, the reception staffed swapped our rooms so we ended up paying for the extra person and didn’t realise. The room was also not super clean, the shower had hair on the floor and stuck on the walls, and there was rubbish under the beds which we noticed after we accidentally dropped a toy and bent to pick it up. The soap wasn’t full and we ran out. We also ran out of toilet paper after it wasn’t restocked the next day. We still had a great time and will be back in the future.
