We chose MGallery Chadstone to have a relaxing weekend away for a birthday celebration. The hotel was lovely, with a very comfortable room, fabulous views and a lovely bar/ lounge and restaurant. The staff were wonderful throughout and really contributed to how much we enjoyed our stay. The location was great because we had a relaxing time shopping, going to the cinema and eating at some great restaurants, all without leaving the Chadstone precint. The only small downside was the pool area, which appears large and open in the hotel photos, but actually felt a little cramped, with limited lounging options. With so many other activities nearby though, we found lots of alternatives to lazing by the pool.

Great location for our trip. Check in was very slow. Room felt a bit grotty with marks on tiles and carpet. A towel in the bathroom had blood on it. The bed wasn’t that comfortable for the cost of the room. Disappointing 😢

The room and location were pleasant. However, it would have been better if the front office had maintained consistent communication. I was informed the night before my departure that a late check-out until 2pm would be available, but when I confirmed again on the day of check-out, I was told otherwise.

I’ve been staying at hotel Chadstone for 3 nights per week pretty much most weeks since Jan 2025. The rooms are always clean, well maintained, staff attentive, and of course location is next to chadstone mall; close to work and leisure….
