Pre requested for accessible bathroom not read. Shower chair placed in room promptly however. Very noisy and felt unsafe on first night - could hear shouting and someone was trying to enter my room. Notice up in middle of day to say pool maintaince was occurring but already family in pool so just went ahead and used pool anyway and no staff came to do anything. Staff on reception pretty rude. Provided with just one hour later check out as silver member - on the a.m. of check put got a call at 11.10 asking what time I was checking out. Advised 12. It hadn't been put on the notes. Then on check put advised I still had an amount to pay - I didn't. Other worked advised him it was booking companies commission!! Barely an apology!! Wouldn't stay again.
