The deluxe suite was spacious and beautifully appointed and maintained. The service provided at check-in and checkout and by the concierge was faultless. Breakfast and in room dining was high quality and a drink at Altus bar added to the sense of style and sophistication of Hotel Chadstone.

Hotel missed the mark on several key 5* services. No doorman. Concierge never there. Failed to address a booking issue. 6 calls to order two bowls of soup. Tray left in hallway till mid morning. Property lovely but appears management have understaffed.

there was no Accor membership support this stay and I booked 3 rooms. No welcome drink, no upgrades, no discounts nothing. Very unexpected given how often we stay (multiple times per year).

Great location Under impression 5 star hotel Would have tooth brush available in room. On requesting was told it would be sent to room. It never happened. Asked for ice, that too didn’t arrive. A bit sad.
