Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Pool is a bit small and with school holidays it was not very accessible. Service is friendly, breakfast was delicious. Great location

While the hotel and room was really good and the staff were generally nice. We had 2 separate bookings, 2 nights under my husband’s name, and the 3rd night was on my account. We had emailed a couple of days before check in to merge the bookings. It was the same type of room too. On check in we informed them again as they weren’t aware. We had our keys cut for 3 nights as well. However on the 3 rd day we were fast asleep and were woken up by a man being told we need to check out as it’s past checkout time. I informed him about the booking being merged. Then we were called twice more, within the next hour. different people everytime. And we were asked to come down and check in again etc. it was extremely annoying. The rooms and staff in general were very nice. But this incident clearly shows lack of communication within the team.
