Breakfast great. Staff polite. Only issue and big one for me. After looking umnder bedding sheet found big yellow stains allober mattress topper and same think mattress itself. Went to lobby to report and to my surprise staff was looking for permission from other staff member for changing room. Firstly it shouldn't happened . Secondly it should ne sorted without hesitation . You claiming 3 star hotel. That isn't acceptable

I was in this hotel couple of years ago. I see that there have been no significant renovations since that time. Shower in my room definitely needs better cleaning (there is a visible fungus on the joints between the tiles in the shower). Lift works a bit noisy. It's actually a bit creepy. On the other side, the advantage of this hotel is the staff. People working in the reception desk are very diligent, easy going and smiling. The breakfasts are tasty.
