Pros: Fast check-in and check-out, good location, cheap, polite staff Cons: for this price, none, rly! What can be improved: cleanness, mattress, equipment (e.g.: a hair dryer, an electric cattle)

No luggage storage for those arrive or leave early. Rude manager Mr Mohammed told us to get a refund if we are not happy with this. As a result, we have to find other accommodation. Later, we tried to ask him again. He said the hotel was overbooked. No wonder he could not wait for us to get out. He claimed that we had only book for 4 persons for a double room and a Triple room when we have 5 persons. But we are a family of 2 parents and 3 children. When we asked for another room. He said we needed to wait till 6pm or then he changed his mind and insisted that not possible at all since we are rude to him. When we could not find any accommodation, we asked him again, he insisted that we were rude and thus he refused to budge and gave us a refund that ccst us a loss of $200 Eoros due to exchange rate and bank charges. This is the worst nightmare we have ever had for arriving a hotel in winter and cant find an accommodation. This is not what an Ibis hotel's Service should be.

Excellent value. Well located close to public transport. Room was clean, warm and surprisingly spacious for this price. Continental style buffet breakfast was fresh, plentiful and healthy. Friendly staff. Caution if you are a light sleeper, corridors have tiled flooring, noisy when suitcases are being rolled.
