Io, mia moglie e mia figlia di 9 anni abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel Ibis budget Sant Mark di Vienna attratti dalla posizione strategica, dai prezzi contenuti e dalla reputazione della catena. Purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che avevamo prenotato una camera per 2 anziché per 3 persone e ho dovuto dimostrare dalla prenotazione che si sbagliavano. Successivamente ci è stata assegnata una camera per 3 persone ma entrando (era quasi mezzanotte) abbiamo trovato la sorpresa che era occupata da altri ospiti che stavano dormendo! Tornati nella reception ci è stato detto che potevano darci per accomodare una camera per 2 e che l'indomani avrebbero risolto il problema. Effettivamente il giorno successivo il problema è stato risolto in tarda mattinata ma stare in 3 persone in un letto per 2 non ci ha fatto dormire bene e abbiamo perso parte del primo giorno di vacanza in attesa della nuova camera. Ci è stato gentilmente offerto un caffè in attesa della nuova sistemazione ma non abbiamo avuto nessun rimborso per il disguido. Durante il soggiorno di una settimana abbiamo riscontrato una certa trascuratezza nella pulizia della stanza e la dotazione di asciugamani era incompleta: in una camera per tre persone, ci sono stati forniti solo due teli doccia e nessun asciugamani per mani e viso. Inoltre c'è stata data una sola saponetta per lavarci le mani (per l'intera settimana) e anche ne abbiamo richiesta un'altra non ci è stata fornita. Il giorno della partenza, avendo l'aereo nel pomeriggio, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare qualche ora i bagagli per potere fare un'ultima passeggiata in centro e ci è stato detto che non era possibile. In conclusione, il soggiorno è stato discreto e lo staff si è dimostrato cortese, però ci saremmo aspettati una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e una migliore organizzazione.
