I was initially a bit unimpressed because the name of the hotel implies it is near the airport and there is no shuttle service. Just taxi or uber. However. What a great hotel. Every staff member was helpful, lovely, friendly. I got half board, and seriously it was such great food. Tasty, fresh, varied. The staff there were also so helpful and friendly. Same for the breakfast buffet. Biggest coffee available (and included in the breakfast if you are an IBIS hotel guest). If they had a shuttle, it would be one of the best airport hotels. Without that, I am not sure why they are called airport hotel. But what made up for that was the staff, and food. Bed was comfy. Room clean. A nespresso machine. View of the fields. But it technically a rest stop/hotel for trucks and cars off the motorway. I did get off the train and walked but I wouldn't recommend that! It was quite the adventure and not the best idea I've ever had. Though certainly a walk in the countryside!

I had an unbelievably bad experience in this property which I chose as an ALL Elite member to be near Vienna airport to catch an early morning flight. I checked in late afternoon and in the evening went out. Early next morning, when I walk up, and tried to take my morning shower I realized that there was no hot water. I called the reception and I was advised that there was a technical problem and it should be solved as of 07:00. However I had to catch a flight so I would be out by that time. What is however the worst is that when I checked in the problem was known and I was not informed by the receptionist. This, in my view, deceitful practice is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Moreover it does great harm to the Accor brand.

I slept only for 3 hours, so not much experience. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had not time for breakfast but it was also not in the room price.

The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. There was a strong and unknown noise coming from the door/AC/electronic key. The receptionist came quickly after my call but the noise started again, for about 1 hour. I found a bug (insect) which didn't let me sleep for the whole night. Terrible experience
