Location is not convenient for Connection flights early morning

The location of ibis Vienna airport is Not convenient for Connection flights early morning. I arrived in the evening, and I was expecting that the hotel would be within a walking distance of Vienna airport. Instead, I had to change 2 trains, and to take Uber (I missed the train from Vienna Central station and I had to wait for almost an hour for the next train to Lanzendorf). Honestly, my experience was stressful. By the time I arrived at the hotel it was after midnight, and I had to wake up at 4:30 AM for my next flight. I suggest that the management of the hotel removes the words "Vienna airport", because the hotel is located Very VERY far from VIE airport, and it's misleading. The staff of the hotel were the good asset. Location is not convenient.

We’re pleased to know that our team provided a positive touch during your stay and did their best to support your experience. However, it’s clear we didn’t hit the mark in terms of convenience for your itinerary, and we sincerely apologize for the stress this caused during an already long travel day. We arrived late and the restaurant was still open. The breakfast had a lot of options as well. The room was comfortable and very quiet.

Arrived to a very noisey staff party going on down stairs - could barely hear the reception person speaking. Room was very basic. It really is just a place to lay your head. Prices for food and a cup of average coffee were extremely over priced. Would not stay there again.
