We arrived to the hotel after a bad experience at the airport and got the kindest and warmest greeting. The staff in F&B, HSK and Front Desk were helpful, kind and professional. The location is a 10 min by foot from the Parc des expositions Villepinte which was perfect and close to the Airport (15min by car). The room was clean and the food EXCELLENT! Thank you to the whole staff!

there was no glass or mug in the room to drink from? There was a window cleaner who came into the room and woke me up.

Receptionists are unprofessional, very small room for a high price , 2 lights not working , bathroom light not sufficient-
