Good sleep, strange location

This hotel proved a bit tricky to find after all, and once one found the motorway exit to the hotel, it was like entering a dark gangster movie. The lighting at the entrance could be a bit better. The car park is spacious but there are some vague vehicles (without wheels), again reminiscent of gangster films. The view from my room was quite sad but for someone who just wants a good night's sleep, that's not a bad thing. The bed was good. A pity, though, that the card for opening the room turned out not to work twice.

bonjour Monsieur, Tout d'abord je suis navrée que votre expérience ne sait pas dérouler comme il le fallait, concernant le passage du parc exposition à notre hôtel nous essayons de faire de notre possible avec le parc pour un accès plus clair pour tous nos clients. Toutefois la réception reste à disposition pour toute demande complémentaire, même pour indiquer le chemin pars telephone notre reception reste a votre ecoute. Although the hotel is located near to the exhibition centre and the rooms were clean, the hotel is in need of a refurbishment. There was chaos during the evening meal service and we waited over an hour for a very sub standard meal

Bad reception service to begin. Was given a room without heating (it was broken), and was in January. Asked to change room and they have a portable heater in the room! Carpet really dirty. Over priced during Maison. Forget the restaurant and breakfast overcrowded and dirty/messy. Bad personal all over. Never again! Keep far away!!!
