The location is close to the CDG airport but the name can be confusing for taxi drivers. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, though the toilet took several tries until it flushed. Overall it was a very good stay for one night.

Booked last minute due to flight cancellation, when we arrived the hotel seems very quiet and was a bit chilly in the lobby area. We got to our room just gone midnight and when we walked in it was cold, we had been travelling since 6pm with 2 children we were very tired. So we beared with the cold for the night keeping wrapped up. The sleep was horrendous all night due to noise from the nearby road and the cold. On waking in the morning the condensation from the window had made a puddle on the table and you could see what on the walls. We went to reception and asked to be moved to a room where the heating worked, as the small radiator in the room was not working. The staff member, who had a big fleece on probably the to the hotel being so cold said her colleague will be in about 1-2hour and he will look at it. 2 hours passed and no one had looked at the heating so we asked again and said it is very cold we need to change rooms only at this point did the lady on reception let us know the heating in the hotel was broken. We were not made aware of this upon checking in otherwise we would not have stayed. We were booked for 2 nights due to the next available flight so told them we will be leaving the hotel to find another one and asked for a refund. To be fair to the staff member she was apologetic and transferred us to another hotel which was a lot nicer.

Dear Mr, Please excuse me again for this problem. I would like to point out that on the day of your arrival, the heating was working properly. The malfunction happened at night so that’s why you weren’t warned about the problem because there wasn’t any. On the other hand, you did not ask me for a refund but to change rooms. But the problem was throughout the hotel and I didn’t know when the problem would be resolved. I preferred so you change hotels to be in better conditions with your children. I hope you had a good end of stay in the hands of my colleagues at Mercure. I'm so sorry again for this inconvenience. Ashley, Assistante de réception

The room stinks from smoking

Dear Offir, I am really sorry that you have not been satisfied with your room. Indeed all our rooms are non-smoking but unfortunately some customers allow themselves to smoke in the rooms.
