The room stinks from smoking

Dear Offir, I am really sorry that you have not been satisfied with your room. Indeed all our rooms are non-smoking but unfortunately some customers allow themselves to smoke in the rooms. This hotel is really not ibis standard. Poor condition in general and bad cleaning of rooms. Restaurant was a mess and I had stomach aces all night after eating there. Choose to eat outside rest of the time.
