Location, restaurant and bar are good. The rooms are getting a bit tired. Bathroom in particular needs refurbishment.

The staff were incredibly professional, helpful and polite. The location was perfect, making getting in to London city very convenient with the train station directly next to it. In addition, Greenwich Pier is about a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel

Conveniently located next to the train station and just a couple mins walk from DLR station. Supermarket is also just a couple mins away and there are also restaurants nearby. Room is outdated. Furniture is run down. Time to renovate the hotel. It was quiet and didn’t hear neighbors or outside noises. Double bed is very comfortable but not too big. Carpet and couch had stains. Towels also had stains. You can opt for the room not getting cleaned for a day and receive a 5 pound drinking voucher in exchange, which I think it is a good in terms of sustainability. Room cleaning can be better if you do decide to have the room cleaned. They didn’t clean the coffee table top. Service in general is good. Staff are helpful and polite. I did have an issue with receiving loyalty points for my restaurant bills at the hotel and an issue with my restaurant bill, but in the end it was solved professionally and to my satisfaction. Mistakes can be made, but in the end it is all about how you own up to it and solve it. Kudos to the staff who handled it all very professionally. Restaurant is nice. Comfy seats and a nice atmosphere. Food was decent to good. Nice portions and tasty.

Have stayed in this hotel in the past without issue but this time the experience has been different, with very little soundproofing for the room, resulting in broken and short nights (1am-5:20am) around the DLR line noisy break pads.
