Absolutely faultless. I stay in London a lot for business, I’m extremely happy I have found this place as it’s a gem! Martha was amazing, can’t thank her enough. Rooms are a great size, beds comfortable and a great breakfast.

It was our first time staying at Novotel Greenwich, and we had a great weekend! The location is perfect: very close to London Bridge, which made arriving from Gatwick Airport really easy. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Breakfast was excellent with loads of options to choose from. My partner and I also enjoyed a drink in the trendy bar, which had a really nice atmosphere. Tip: The hotel is close to Greenwich Market and the Christmas markets. Definitely worth a visit! Overall, a really enjoyable first stay and we would happily come back. See you soon.

We visited Novotel London Greenwich for afternoon tea and had a wonderful experience. We were served by Durgara, who was absolutely lovely-warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, with a big smile that made us feel right at home. We were seated by the window, which made the setting even more enjoyable. The afternoon tea itself was delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly complemented by the festive Christmas decorations. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I will definitely be coming back

Had the best time at this hotel! I went for my birthday for a weekend away and when I arrived all the staff members knew it was my birthday. Everyone was so attentive - they even set up a Happy Birthday banner with Prosecco in our room. The restaurant had a great view and food was amazing. Would highly recommend coming to stay here
