Overall, I've had a good stay. The team members are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is of good quality and the restaurant and room service menu offers a diverse selection. The room was comfortable and good size. Unfortunately, there were some minor spots that were not clean, like the area around the kettle (visible crumbs) and there were little crawling things in my bathtub when I arrived (I flushed them down the drain and plugged it which resolved the issue for me). It's a shame that there were no sockets near the bed and the room doesn't have a phone, which I found odd. The most negative part was the lift situation, only one was working and the other one out-of-service which meant a lot of waiting (my room was on the 5th floor, so taking stairs wasn't always an option).

That said, I’m sorry we fell short in a few important areas. The cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly around the kettle and in the bathtub, are not up to our standards and should not have been overlooked. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I will ensure this is addressed with our housekeeping team immediately. I also understand your frustration regarding the lack of sockets by the bed and the absence of a phone in the room. While these are part of the current room design, your feedback is valid and will be considered as we review future improvements. Regarding the lifts, I completely recognise how inconvenient this must have been, especially being on a higher floor. Please accept my apologies for the disruption caused. Breakfast was very varied and tasted great. The toasters are very slow though. The bar area was such a lovely and most of the staff were friendly and knew their jobs. The bedrooms were roomy and clean and had everything I needed.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We had a lovely time. The only thing we have a problems with the mix shower and we have to changed room because we couldn't have a bath. And also no good tea bags

Well located for travel links and for shops etc. Staff were all very helpful. Room was a good size for London and was clean and comfortable, but could do with some redecoration.
