The first room we were given was horrible. The entire shower was full of black mold. After asking to switch rooms, the second room had less but still bad.

I like how Ibis provides consistent quality across Europe, I always know what to expect and can book with ease no matter which city or country I am in. I had trouble getting into the city from the airport but after check in, felt relaxed and at ease again. Thank you Ibis.

The hotel was ok but we’d asked for a double and a single bed but were only given a double. Bathroom was tiny and smelt awful. Shower was tiny and water went hot and cold during shower. No fan in bathroom. Only one set of towels. No tea/coffee facilities. Bed comfy. Outside hotel were lots of dodgy homeless men all times of day and night so it didn’t feel very safe. Receptionist was very nice and friendly.
