It was my second staying, for my birthday week - everything still is ok! :) Hotel is good located close to 2 metro lignes (13 and 14), the region is good - quit part of Batignolles. Nice, very clean rooms with good ergonomic, nice bath cosmetic. The very good breakfast with fruits, scramble, beacon, some kinds of bakery, fresh juice. You can ask special coffee from barista also. There is a shopping centre with big Carrefour close to hotel's metro station (Pont Cardinet). If you like jogging, there is a Parc Clichy Batignolles Martin Luther King across the street. Very friendly staff - thanks a lot for cheking a good room for all my 7 nights!

Upon my arrival, I paid the full amount of my stay. However, I noticed that the initial deposit for the first night, which was held on my credit card before arrival, is still showing as "pending" or blocked. Could you please process the release of this

The hotel is actually quite nice, the rooms have a good size, the breakfast is decent. Unfortunately the bed is super uncomfortable with very synthetic sheets and covers, it's like sleeping in plastic. As getting a good rest is quite important for me, I don't go back here.
