Breakfast £25 awful, cold, no orange juice, cold toast cold mushrooms, cold everything except beans.

Dear guest, thank you for your review. We received the complaint about the breakfast and immediately after we checked our buffet with 2 staff members. We came to the constatation that everything was hot as it should be. Because you were not happy, reception paid you back the breakfast. It is unfortunate that even after everything has been done, you had to leave a bad review about this. Housekeeping serves the room between 9.30 and 16.15. If you have a special request about the room being cleaned between a specific hour, it is always possible to ask at reception and we will gladly make this happen for you. Only negative was paper cups in the room, not enough tea and coffee supplies, had to keep going to reception. I would expect bathroom to have glasses.

The only thing I didn't like was that the room was serviced lates afternoon, usually between hald three and four. I have no problems with the lday who serviced the room, just the time as it meant you couldn't relax knowing at some point there was going to be a knock on the door.
