We had a lovely stay recently at Novotel Ieper Centrum Flanders Fields. We have stayed previously so we knew what to expect. Check in was a little delayed as there was quite a big queue (half my fault as I forgot to check in online in time previously in the day). Our room was very modern and clean, the mattress was very comfortable although could have done with 2x extra pillows. We only had 1 in the wardrobe. Breakfast was also plentiful, lots of options both sweet and savoury. My only complaint is that the hotel states it has air conditioning but our room was very hot, even supposedly on ‘18 degrees’. I don’t know if it’s more of a climate control rather than air conditioning or perhaps the one in our room just didn’t work or was broken but we never got it cool enough in there and it was a challenge falling and staying asleep. It didn’t help that the days we stayed it was over 30 degree Celsius outside! But overall a very pleasant stay as always, just needs proper air conditioning.

Positive experience overall with requested room position. Pleasant staff, Quite clean. There are some BUTs like Novotel soap in bathrooms replaced with awkward to use very small plastic bottle of body wash, some missing routines of cleaning rooms, plus lack of non-meat hot buffet options. The bar wasn't open in evenings, so missing the complimentary drink, and general feel of being understaffed.

Great stay at Novotel, Ieper, once again. Very, very quiet, after Covid I guess, but the hotel was up to its usual high standard. Looking forward to our next visit.

The lack of air conditioning in the room was a real problem for my girlfriend who suffers with MS and was pretty much unable to sleep. So much so that, despite the many many times I have stayed at your hotel, next time I may have to stay somewhere else.

Hotel great .staff did their upmost to help us .Problem was we could not exit and enter the room at our convenience ,as the key would operate the door 309 .Ev3n after several new keys and several members of staff trying no solution ..This meant each and every time we would have to go to reception to get a member of staff to give the access we needed ..Not ideal ..
