Changed hotels to one with a restaurant based on arrival would be after an 11 hour drive. On arrival we found out that the restaurant isn’t open on weekends. The Accor app gave no indication of this so we ended up having a pizza, which is my wife’s most unliked food!! Feel let down.

The room I booked (Family Suite with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a single sofa bed) was not delivered during our stay. Despite our multiple contacts with the reception, no solution was provided. Everybody we talked to told us that they do not have authority to solve this issue. We are very disappointed! If I knew we would not have 3 separate beds during our stay, I would not have booked this room at the first place. Looking forward to seeing someone in ALL takes the responsibility and comes with a solution.

All the team were friendly and helpful especially Fred, who was concerned regarding our car problems. The hotel was clean and well looked after. Little things like a tissue dispenser in the bathroom make a thoughtful difference. One thing we weren't aware of was the restaurant was not open on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, but we should have found that out ourselves and there were notices regarding this in the lifts. There are a number of restaurants not far away, including one within 10 minutes walk. However, the staff were able to supply us with pizzas when we were caught flat footed. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

I booked into the hotel as it was the day before my birthday and we were driving back from Finland. The man on the desk could not have been more helpful and friendly. Was a lovely welcome after a huge day's driving! (The day after an even huger day's driving!)
