Good basic accommodation for 1 or 2 nights with friendly staff. A fridge in the room would have been a good addition.

not far from home a lazy stay

We stayed here whilst doing a long motorway journey from the Netherlands to France. The hotel is perfectly located near a junction, just inside the French border. We were made to feel very welcome. The restaurant doesn't open at weekends, but the on-duty manager heated up some really good artisanal pizzas for us. We sat in the lounge. It was a bit cold, but we could overlook that because the hotel cat came over for some petting. The only thing we would improve is the lighting in the rooms. Some people would say they're cosy, but it would be helpful to have the option of some brighter lights. And the breakfast is probably the best buffet-style breakfast we've experienced in any hotel. A good choice of really tasty food.

Changed hotels to one with a restaurant based on arrival would be after an 11 hour drive. On arrival we found out that the restaurant isn’t open on weekends. The Accor app gave no indication of this so we ended up having a pizza, which is my wife’s most unliked food!! Feel let down.
