We are sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences encountered. Regarding the absence of a kettle in the room, this is indeed part of the ibis Styles concept. However, water fountains are available on each floor for our guests' convenience. Concerning the swimming pool, we apologize for its temporary closure upon your arrival. Regular maintenance and cleaning are essential to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. We also take note of your comments regarding the cheese plate served at dinner. We are sorry that it did not meet your expectations and will pass your feedback on to our restaurant team for review. Regarding breakfast, the ibis Styles breakfast is designed around a cold buffet offer in accordance with the standards defined by the Accor brand. However, we would like to clarify that the booking rules and payment conditions are identical for all guests and depend on the selected rate and payment method at the time of booking. Following a review of your reservation, we confirm that the rate chosen for your stay was a prepaid, non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-modifiable rate. As a result, our colleagues were unfortunately unable to modify or postpone the booking, as we are required to respect the agreed booking and payment conditions.
