Well located with gated, secure parking. A few meters from restaurants. The stuff was very helpful and polite.

Reception was very polite and helpful. The hotel is close to some restaurants, and the parking is gated and secure, specially at night as the gate is closed. The room was clean and all was in order.

Full security fence around hotel is unwelcoming. The rooms are sparse and the single beds narrow. The shower was powerful. Breakfast was ok but not special. The contrast with the Ibis budget Charleroi airport is astonishing. It is hard to believe that Accor considers them to be the same standard.
