I had a trip for business purpose and I was looking for an hotel with a good rate price / quality. This hotel met my objectives. Good price, not so far from train station and in the way to Belgium. I recommand

For my first reservation online of a familly offer 2 bedrooms it appears I am charged with 3 bedrooms while having stayed in 2 only. Web confirmation wasn't clear at all on the number of bedrooms and bads available. In the hotel, at the arrival at about 7pm I wanted to pay if any complement with respect to online 1 bedroom paid and I was told it was all good. I wa given opening card for 2 bedrooms and the following day evening I am told I had 3 bedrooms reserved of which 2 remaining to pay for. This familly offer is really badly presented and no contact is provided online to ask more explanations. Too bad while rooms are nice.

The hotel provided what we needed and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The foyer/reception area was in the throws of an overall, but not a real problem. Rooms were clean and tidy, although our toilet constantly ran water and on the last day decided it would stop working altogether. As a base for our trip the location was perfect, however getting into and out of the 'office complex' where the hotel is located was quite an 'interesting' experience, even more so as we arrived in rush hour. The breakfasts were good and the evening meal we had was very good, alas the restaurant was closed at weekends and there are no other facilities that we were aware of in the immediate vicinity. Access to Lille centre is possible by tram which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. All in all the hotel met our needs but unless I was there for a business trip I wouldn't return for a leisure trip.

Reception was being refurbished. The table was not manned and it was difficult to contact staff who were absent and very scruffily dressed. No airconditioning. No restaurent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

The best parts are the service, comfortable bar, excellent breakfast with local additions. The worst part was finding it, not easy in an estate, and arriving to find reception under a large tarpaulin. Not a lot locally either (so to walk to).

A good basic hotel an easy 15mins drive from the centre of Lille. Family room was good for two adults and two young children. On site restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good with a wide selection, never too busy and unrushed. Had one evening meal which was excellent for adults, children’s menu was limited (jambon et frites, etc) but par for the course in the area. Also, bar had a surprisingly wide range of decent beers (well, we were near the Belgium boarder). Main down side was lack of air conditioning on a rather warm weekend. Other than that, excellent for the price.

Please please stop policing your staff with these useless surveys Trust them, empower them and support them If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers

This hotel is of a good standard, clean, comfy beds and enough space to move around in the room. We did hear a little bit of sound from other rooms but nothing much, likewise from the road that is nearby - but once we pulled the curtain/shutter this sound was barely audible. The breakfast was superb and plentiful, constantly restocked and all 5 of us enjoyed our breakfast. The hotel is positioned about 10-15 minutes away from Lille centre - we used the tram service which was perfect. The stop is only 5 minutes away and reception have a tram timetable if you ask for a copy. We will use this hotel again when we next stay in Lille.

We arrived at the hotel at the same time a a coach full of travellers, but were able to check in within 5 minutes. The rooms were clean and in excellent condition. We chose not to eat at the restaurant but did have a drink in the bar later in the evening. The staff were very friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was ample and included in the room rate.

We enjoyed our 3 days stay at this hotel. The only problem was finding the property!! It was very complicated as the address was in a retail complex and not on the actual street of the address. The young attendants at reception were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is very much orientated towards the commercial sector & the Friday we spent there reflected this as there appeared to be only a handful of guests. Good value for money. Helpful staff, Free coffee & pastries. Adequate breakfast. No issues really, other than a bit tricky to find as you come off the main drag. In tourist terms it is in an industrial setting, but if you don't mind driving or getting the track back to City Centre it is fine. Large Carrefour nearby too.

had short 5 night stay in July 2015, staff very helpful, room size was good with very good shower, breakfast choice very good, good location for touring round by car and Lille by tram very easy as stop close by, wifi worked fine,

Overall what I've got is a good value-for-money. I just have one remark to make: the size of the room is too small and you. As for the rest, the quality of the service was good and personnel very kind and professional

The hotel is very good, with good food and friendly staff. It is a bit tricky to get to, down a one-way system, but our sat-nav got us there no problem. The room and bed was very comfortable, with free WiFi.
