slept well because of good bed, even the sleeping couch was good. Lady at the reception desk was very unfriendly. Breakfast was okay, enough choice for gluten free people, coffee could be improved.

I have a serious problem of allergy, in particular to oat. So, I kindly sent two mails at the hotel sharing this my problem and kindly asking to get the ingredients of the bread, cakes and muesli that were present at breakfast. At my first breakfast, the girl for the breakfast was astonished of my (so) strange request: so I couldn't eat anything, only drink and I took my foods that I brought from home. At the second breakfast, again: nothing was verified. Please note that a simple (and quick) check with the boulangerie where you took bread would be enough but nothing was done for my side. Customers should be considered. Finally, the room was so much cold and after few times I've kindly asked to the woman at the reception, she finally "unlock" the heating in my room. With 6°C outside, a warm room is the minimum!! Considering all, dear sirs I am quite sad to say to you that next times I will choose another hotel. You have lost a client for not having done a so quick check with your bread/cake supplier
