We use the hotel a few times each year. The winter restaurant has good service and a reasonable menu. Unfortunately last Saturday evening’s experience at the restaurant was not good. The only truly vegetarian dish was a salad, there was no orange juice available as a mixer, and the service was dreadful. We shall have to reconsider whether we use this hotel again during the summer months.

We have had many stays at the hotel over the years and seen many wonderful changes. However, this visit was disappointing, when we found out that despite pre-booking a table in the restaurant for the first night, were not advised the restaurant and bar inside would be closed, and would be sitting outside only. Unfortunately we had been delayed on the ferry for 3 hours before leaving UK due to a serious technical fault, so had looked forward to sitting in your lovely bar and restaurant inside.

Nice bar but service not very attentive. Breakfast offer average, no service at all, did not give my room number in 2 days, no welcome no good bye. Guinguette super nice very good and pleasant service. Con very cold and obligatory to eat there, main restaurant closed for a huge group. Check out very unfriendly staff. Room some painting would do good in some areas.

Very unfortunately this time there was a big issue with Air Conditioning which was not anticipated at the check in/proposed to be solved. I (and my colleagues either) could not sleep for 2 nights. The room was super warm and neither opening all night the window helped. Additionally we were at 4th floor and had also the noise of the highway (having window open). I know the hotel and like to come back most of the times I am in Lille. Team is nice and room is spacious and well located for my activities in Lille.

Booked this hotel for the Paris Roubaix Challenge. With finishes nearby. Hotel room was very spacious with a sofa, tables and chairs plus a comfortable bed. Bathroom was a good size. All of the above were clean and well maintained. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant which had a good menu for adults and kids. Food was great and came quickly. Staff across here and the hotel were super helpful.

What a great short stay hotel! Some of the best food I've ever eaten. You will have to try it yourself. The location is perfect for traveling with the hotel being situated just off the motorway and public tram available just outside the front door. The staff are friendly and great to be around.

Nous avons supprimé le plastique en chambre, l’eau est proposée en bouteilles en verre consignées, les sacs D. salle D. bain sont compostables et nos déchets alimentaires sont compostés. Nous poursuivons nos efforts progressivement et restons attentifs aux pistes d’amélioration. À propos des chambres Privilège, nous comprenons votre remarque.
