The stay did not start off well by being given a room that was already occupied. I was not happy with the (second) room itself, too small, no slipper available (no-go for a room with a carpet floor) as well as huge problems in the bathroom where the water would not drain - I barely managed to take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom. Furthermore, I had a room towards the street that was extremely noisy during the night as well as in the early morning. I found the room very cold and the airco would not go above 22 degrees. The housekeeping did not really clean the room as the bathroom was still the same mess as I left it in the morning. What annoyed me the most was the fact that my pyjamas, which I had put on my pillow, were literally thrown on my suitcase, landing halfway on the floor. I do not expect for them to tidy up the room and fold the clothes, but I do expect housekeeping to leave things in the place they belong and not on the floor. The reception area was nice and clean and the employees at reception were very nice too. At check-out, I gave them feedback about the water draining problem in the bathroom and it looked like they took measures to solve the issue for the next guests.

What i dont like is the furniture / decoration of the room.
