I really liked our stay at Novotel. The breakfast buffet was the main attraction — very delicious with lots of options. Room cleaning/service was also very good. I’m giving it a 9/10 only because the room size was a bit small for a family with 2 kids. Otherwise, the location was excellent — right in downtown and very close to everything, with many restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this place!

This was a great hotel located in the city center. Walking distance to Old Town and numerous restaurants. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again if visiting Geneva.

Wife and I stayed for 3 nights. Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast was also nice but the items were the same every morning so it got a bit boring by the 3rd day. I also wished they had more egg options like maybe fried eggs or omelettes.

Great location. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was that they only had plastic glasses in the room
