Clean and functional hotel. Good breakfast. Safetybox in our room did not work (124) and air in the room did not change very well. Temperature adjustment worked fine.

Friendly personnel, as soon as I arrived in the room had to call the réception and the sink was clogged. It took only minutes for some one to have it fixed but it should be checked when cleaning a room and getting it ready for the next customer.

Dear General Manager, I have used this hotel over 10 years when I have business in Geneva. I overall liked the hotel -I have normally enjoyed staying here and there are nice staffs. This stay in January was nice. However, I should report you that I had a bad experience at the last stay in December 2025, just 1 month ago. Your staff, housekeeper or other staff, damaged my property, in my case, the suitcase. Although I have reported it to your receptionist (I am not specify here) when I check out in December, the staff excused it, took a photo for the damage place as a proof, and confirmed that they would report to me what happened, however, that NEVER happened. Mybe it was nothing to the hotel. however, I will not say is/was nothing. I also noted the fact that the review request via email was not sent to me at that stay in December after my claiming at the checkout. I am just wondering why this coincident happened. In this stay in January, it was naturally sent it to me. This series of things tells me that small incident is noting for you and the hotel, though the guest remembers well, then I am also wondering what is meaning for the evaluation format here –I am seeing the fact that the customer feels uncomfortable, but the hotel does not care it at all - just be ignored. The hotel misses small incident(s), and insensitivity to ask how was your stay. Please think what this means to the guest. Is there any trust?
