Mr Adriane at front desk was rude, arrogant and extremely disrespectful person. I am wondering how can such type of person is in hospitality industries. He made our entire Swiss country experience horrible. It was our 1 st day at Switzerland , our trip is for 12 days in this beautiful country but our welcome was not at all graceful. We have booked two rooms at exorbitant price . Both the room given at two different direction. Rooms are also not great. Hospitality was terrible. We will never recommend this hotel to any body.
