The hotel is walkable from Geneva train station (within 10 mins) and the reception is quite impressive. The room was OK. I had issues with the hot water, which was barely warm and also with the temperature in the room, which was too hot (despite setting the thermostat to cool by 2 degrees - the maximum allowed). Overall, it was fine for one night, but I'd find somewhere else if staying longer.

The hotel is fine - functional, clean, pleasant staff. But the surrounding area is full of prostitutes on the street from early evening and still in shop fronts and doorways at 7am. It’s grim to have this around the hotel - not pleasant to go for a walk around the hotel, and shows Geneva in a poor light.

recently stayed at your hotel and found the room to be beautiful and comfortable. However, I am reaching out to share some concerns regarding the reception staff's service, as it impacted my overall experience. On my first day, I was in line to check in, and when it was my turn, the staff member stood up, announced I was checking in, and then proceeded to help the next person in line who was checking out. This interaction left me feeling overlooked. Additionally, when I inquired about some information, I felt the staff’s response was dismissive and even mocking, which made me uncomfortable. On a separate occasion, another staff member saw me at the door, but rather than assisting me directly, they appeared to ask a colleague to help, which gave me the impression that they did not want to serve us. On the last day, I requested a luggage scale, and the staff initially assured me they would send it within 15 minutes. However, when I called later, they informed me it could not be sent. Throughout my stay, I noticed that the staff’s body language and level of service seemed to differ based on the guest, which was disappointing to experience as an Arab guest. I hope that the team can receive additional training in these areas to ensure all guests feel equally welcomed and prioritized. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. While I appreciated the room’s comfort and design, the reception experience would make me hesitant to recommend the hotel in the future.
