The experience was average. The buffet isn’t worth it, and the hotel’s only advantages are its cleanliness and nice location. Everything else is ordinary and outdated, especially the gym and the sauna

Location is good insofar as 5 minute walk from Cornavin Station, Lake and restaurants, but in a fairly nondescript and seedy area. Cleanliness standards very good. Executive room has most of the things you need, however, mattress too firm and pillows too small and hard and carpet/curtains./balcony tired. Bathroom OK, but poor use of space and no-one likes a shower over the bath. Good variety for breakfast, but might be nice to ring the changes on the hot items as it gets a bit samey. Most staff helpful, but things allowed to run out at breakfast and periods in the evening when the barman disappears completely. Pricewise, not as expensive as some of the other options in town.

Well located and great stay. Even though room was not ready, Stephane at the front desk was very helpful and had arranged for our bags to be brought up to our room when we came back to finalize our checkin. Room was very clean. Only comment is that the sofa bed was not very comfortable.
