I stay at Novotel whenever I am in Geneva. I like the location, close to train and restaurants and generally I have been very happy with the staff who go out of the way to welcome visitors. However this time the lady at the check in named Eloide or maybe Eloise was extremely curt and infact quite rude. When I questioned her on her behaviour, she mumbled to the lady next to her in French not realising that I understood that she was mocking me. Staff in the hospitality industry must be taught the etiquette of dealing with tired travellers and I hope she gets such sort of training in the future.

The vanity sink faucet is emitting the flow from too far away where your hands are. Modern look but not user friendly.
